I'm 18 years old, and am currently clinically obese. I'm just over 5 stone overweight, with a very substantial gut. Whenever, I stand up I find it literally impossible to see my penis. Just to measure my flaccid penis requires me to take my shirt off. When flaccid, it's around 8-9 cm. Whilst, erect, it's a fairly average 6.1 inches. My girth is 5.2 inches when erect. However, due to the fact that I am a incessant masturbator, attaining such an erection is difficult, if not impossible. I also feel tired throughout the day, which I would attribute to me going so bed so late. I take it a lack of proper sleep can have a negative effect upon EQ.
My pubic fat pad is rather thick. I can literally pinch it and measure it at 5 cm. I am currently on a calorie deficit, gradually incorporating a greater quantity of cardio. My penis does seem to feel a lot looser, but I am also on nofap.

If I do significantly reduce my body fat levels, including my fat pad, will I see any visible increases in length?
 
Hey fb, yes for sure. When you lose weight you will definitely have more visible penis. Your fat pad is pushed out surrounding the shaft base of your penis. As you lose weight more of your penis shaft will be visible.
I'm speaking from experience. I have lost 34 lbs in a pretty short period of time so I can tell you 100% this is true. You can also monitor how much fat pad you lose by pressing a ruler into your pubic bone above your penis and keep track of what measurements you get with your weight loss.
I myself could still stand to lose another 30 lbs if I could get to be very trim which should mean another 1 inch at least in more exposed penis shaft. I think the rule is approximately an inch of penis for every 30 lbs overweight you are.

I lost my weight by reducing my carbohydrate intake to 20-30 gram max per day. It is like eating the Atkins dietary plan but It is more like a lifestyle change than anything else. I no longer eat processed foods, sugars, very little fruit juice, starchy foods etc. My diet consists of sea food, pork, beef, lots of veggies (mostly barbequed or broiled, whole cheeses, some nuts, almond milk, lot's and lot's of water, small amounts of berries, eggs, low carb flax flour breads, small amounts of coconut, low carb Splenda or Stevia made deserts and chocolates, and a cup or two of coffee a day.
I also take Ginseng, Royal Jelly bee products, Maca, prostate health capsules, Horny Goat Weed, and Zinc at the moment. I just started taking these products.

I have so much energy since the weight loss and the better eating. My sex drive has never been better and I feel great. I started off losing about 3.5lbs/week and now I am losing on the average about 2.4 lbs/week without even trying anymore because I don't have to keep track of the carbs I eat because I know which foods are good and which are bad.

I hope you are successful with the calorie counting diet. I have gone that route before but it didn't work well for me. We all have different things that work better for us. The main importance is that you fill your diet with good whole foods that have a lot of nutritional value in them.
For example if you are going to eat 4000 calories in the day make sure it is made up of good healthy food, not 4000 calories of white bread and sugary processed products because even if your BathmateI says you can eat "blank" amount of calories in a day and lose weight you will find that is not true if those calories are "empty" bad calories. I got to the point in my life (I was 65 lbs overweight) where my back was severely injured, my knees were hurting, and I had no energy so I said enough is enough and made a drastic change in my lifestyle and it was the best thing I have ever done.

Good luck and keep at it. Penis enlargement works if you are dedicated and put the time in and so does weight loss if you put your mind to it and set goals for yourself along the way.
 
Yes. For me going from 260 to 140 I lost two inches of fat pad which became visual. In my beginnings I made many great gains but with my fat pad it was never obvious without having to push back the fat. Today, the penis is exposed and the size is visual. The best scenario in gaining is to take up and equally powerful diet program with your pe work, together they will bring gains with extreme speed. SO if you have 2" hidden and you gain 2" and lose the weight you will have gained 4" in visual penis!

Holy shit DLD you lost 120 lbs man! Wow how did you do it? I remember back awhile ago you discussing you losing weight but I didn't catch most of it.

My waist is really huge, so when I have to urinate I does appear to be invisible. Hopefully, the more bodyfat I lose, the greater the visibility of my shaft. It would be plausible to imagine that if I had let the weight exacerbate further, more of my penis would have been covered. But I'm not too optimistic to see any increase in my penis size, but that's just my natural inclination.
To further elaborate on my diet, I do have a calorie deficit, but I have been careful to include as much protein as possible. However, when I start exercising more, I'll definitely consume more of it.

Based on past weight loss experience, the stomach and FUPA are the last to go, so I'll have to significantly reduce my bodyfat levels. At the moment, I'm around 33%.
I have noticed that I can only attain an erection of just over 6 inches, when I am relaxed and have stop masturbating for a while. I am somewhat of a compulsive masturbator (4-5) times a day, and it's usually an erect size of 4.5-5, with a much smaller girth. Is this normal?
Moreover, my flaccid penis is absolutely tiny, varying between 2-3 inches long. This is making me really stressed and probably isn't helping my erection size. Will losing the fat help this also? Does the fact that I am half Asian affect any chances of increasing visibility?

I notice the same thing. If I take a break from masturbating I find my penis more supple and more responsive to PE work. I don't know why that is but maybe it has something to do with ligs tightening up when masturbating and having orgasms.
Penis' come in all different shapes and sizes. Ethnicity could have something to do with size of penis but that doesn't mean you can't change that. Any size penis can benefit from PE exercises. Some guys get better gains with girth over length and others get better gains with length over girth. Some exercises help with both girth and length.
I guarantee you that you have a lot of flaccid shaft length in you fat pad. All over weight people do. So if you are 2-3" flaccid visible penis I bet you would be more like 4-6" flaccid visible penis if you had a low body fat percentage. Do as I suggest and measure as you lose weight and you will see the visible penis length increase as the weight drops.
I masturbated a lot when I was your age. I think a lot of guys do. It's part of being a guy and growing up. Don't over analyze that stuff. If you get healthy and lose weight confidence will come with that and so will penis size gains. Diabetes is rampant now days. The easy access processed foods out there is ridiculous. It's so easy to eat all the crap food out there. Get to know all the good nutritionally filled foods out there. You will feel so much better if your diet is good and the weight starts dropping.

I ended up having a thyroid issue and I gained allot of weight and got up to 540 lbs. My penis was reduced to under 3" erect due to my fat pad. With the help of DLD's dieting and exercise methods I lost over 260 lbs and I now weigh under 280 and gained back most of my penis (currently 6.5"). I am trying to work out again to get some more weight off but I got so fucking lazy.

Wow Lightning just incredible! Very encouraging man keep it up man you must feel so much better. Just the pressure off your joints alone! At 6'3 and 280lbs that's not too much overweight on that size frame.

Thanks guys! Yes my health has changed for the better 10 fold. I also switched to an all plant based diet about a year ago and stopped drinking soda about 4 months ago.
Feeling much more clear minded and productive lately! I make a killer vegan chili thanks to DLDs moms recipe!

With what you have accomplished is body change there is not much more to say but miraculous.

Daily masturbation leads to tiredness for me. If you can reduce the rate at which you masturbate, that will be good. Try as much as you can to get enough sleep at night. Sleep is also important in PE and overall health.
