This is something I'm very curious: what would be the worst thing that could happen to your dick, while doing PE?

Broken dick while doing X? Pissing blood after using y to do z?

I'm glad that the only- and I hope it remain like this- thing that occurred to me was a testicle squeeze while doing improper stretching. I took 4 days off, and didn't feel a thing after one week. The pain was like when you hit your balls; it bothered me, but it wasn't the worse pain I ever felt.


Could you share your and/or another one -unfortune- experience?

What was it?
How many day took it to heal completly?
Did you/he do anything besides waiting it to heal on their on?
Do you feel/have any reminiscent pain/scar/mark of it?

One time I got overzealous doing horse 440's which made one of my foreskin veins hard. It never hurt until about a year later the day after i had a heavy girth session. I would walk around and notice pain as my dick wiggled around
It got me all down cuz I couldn't PE for three days. After which the pain went away, with the stiffness remaining.

Recently I masturbated too hard, and probably pinched my gland with the tip of my shaft. The area is healing real well after about 5 days without serious girth work so it'll probably just return to normal stronger.

Be sure to push your limit but not to the point of injury

I had to go to the dr over testicular pain once. She couldn't figure out what the problem was. Eventually I realized it was from them slapping really hard against my ex's ass/pussy when we had rough sex LMAO
 
Biggest injury I have heard was from an x-member that had penis enlargement surgery and after he got an enormous infection and ended up loosing part of his penis and all function. As far as natural PE goes the biggest injury I have heard was thrombosis, which is very easily treated.

A huge stupid risk. If it was a valid way of enlargement it would certainly be very prominent, especially in our niche. The cold truth is that after a surgery you will gain practically nothing in size, they only give you the better advantage to gain due to the ligs being clipped. With clipped ligaments they send you home with an extender or weights to do the actual enlargement. Clipping the ligaments can be easily mimicked with no surgery by practicing DLD Blasters.
 
I've never really had any serious injury from PE. Just minor ones that requires a few days off to get healed.
