This is completely bogus, being a black man for 23 years I know what im talking about. White guys you have it the easiest when it comes down to size issues. Black men tend [from what I have seen] to have a longer flaccid than asians and whites and this would make sense as the black race comes from nearer the equater and the need for a longer flaccid would make sense for heat reasons ... flip the coin for those living in colder regions, they tend to have smaller flaccid hangs and that again makes sense with the climate as the penis needs the warmth and shrinks up into the body for that.
