Obviously if there is an injury, rest is required. When do you guys take time off of a certain exercise or the whole routine? How about when you go to stretch the next day and your first stretch feels like your last one from the day before? You have sex and are sore afterwards? How about if you turtle up in the flaccid state? How about is you don't turtle but your flaccid hang looks fatter but the same length?
Also I started the newbie routine the wrong way. I read DLD's blog about busy man's guide to Penis Enlargement and so I've been doing 3 sets of each stretch (down, left/down, right/down, up) then cranks. Could I have been overdoing it? My skin seems to have stretched but no length in either flaccid or erect. Everything else has been followed to the letter except day off of jelquing here and there due to injury but I have made girth gains in my 3 1/2 weeks as well as kegal gains (erection quality very good and stays quite a while after orgasm)
I'm satisfied overall but really want some length. Any advice?
