You'll find the LOT test here

I know this is nothing new, but I just stumbled across it and was wondering what everyones LOT was and what routine gave you the best gains :)

Personally, I have a low LOT. It's a little depressing after having read that article but I'll still keep on truckin. Stretching upward seems to be the way to go. Hopefully it won't be to hard of a process to get some gains.
 
im very glad i stumbled across that;) ,,yes if youve gota little lot alls you need to do is strecth your tunica then youre lot will increase just letting youre tunica catch up with your ligs so you can stretch youre ligs again,if the theory is rite well im gladd, i have a low lot too and im on phase 1 but you can see me gains,,but i have slowed down in length so ive started doing erect stretches as of yesterday,,but now after checking my lot it was low,,at 6 to 7:O DOES ANYBODY:O HAVE ANY ADVICE ON STRETCHING THE TUNICA WHILE IN PHASE 1 BECAUSE I DONT FEEL I CAN GAIN MUCH MORE IN FLACID LENGTH AND I HAVE THE LOWEST LOT LOWER THAN EVEN 6 O CLOCK I THINK,,,,im glad i found that out cause now ican only improve :cool:

My LOT is 8:45. Consequently, I hang OTS and SO. It should be mentioned, however, that at one time, long ago, my LOT was lower than it is currently; yet, as you perhaps already know, stressing the tunica can 'reset' your LOT.
 
After two years of length work, and about 9 months of hanging and/or ADSing, working on the tunica hasn't risen my original LOT of 6 any.
 
well ive gone a bit crazy and have been stretching it up all day and using my stretcher which seems to do the trick better you can feel a different stretch when facing it upwards you feel the stretch below the base of your penis :O

It's funny how people spew things like they actually know something... i get a kick from posts like this.
 
think he means stretching your tunica will even out the differences between that and youre ligaments,if you go on bibs website about the LOT,,,it tells you about having a high lot and a low lot it says when youre lot is high youre inner penis is low and vise verser,,,what he means if you strech the tunica it will even out the differences between the inner and outer penis theres a measurements graph were you can calculate it,but by the sounds of things on the tension test 6 to 12 0 clock,it sounds like some people carnt notice the difference,,but stretching youre tunica when youve fully strecth your ligs is obvious gunna make you gain and keep on level with youre ligs

Its actually quite funny to me how frequently verifiable idiots narcissitically inflate themselves (or perhaps, to be more to the point, narcissistically fellate themselves). Who the FUCK are you to either (1) assume you know that, absolutely, it is impossible to increase LOT (Many, many people disagree with you including the likes of DLD, Bib, myself and others. BTW, my LOT is 9:00. It was 10:00 or 11:00 when I started P.E. According to BIB, I guess I would want to do most of my stretching at a downward angle, right? Or does it depend on whether I'm trying to hit the ligs or tunica???
 
So what's the story? Is it when you BEGIN to feel a reduction in tugback or when you no longer feel it? Which is it?

It is where you no longer SEE tugback. Its helpful to do the LOT test in front of a looking-glass.
 
O.K. I just checked it out. It's the same for me: 9:00. It was much higher. I think that may be why I made measurable gains right away since I did most of my stretching at a downward angle.

You're the numbfuck... please explain in your words how stressing the tunica can reset your LOT. You can't cuz you don't know what you're talking about so just shut the fuck up. All your big words just make you sound like the moron that you are.

Yes you can increase LOT but it doesn't "reset" from stressing the tunica. dumbshit. What pulling up and out does is express your inner penis. That means that you pull out more inner penis so that you shift the exit angle of your penis. Did you understand that shithead?? And for the record... ALL STRETCHING STRESSES THE TUNICA!! Yes, even stretching down.

So do you agree with the LOT theory? As in, ppl with low LOT should focus more on stretching up? Or does it not matter?

When you begin to see the Loss OF Tugback of the head, and you see a movement in your base, that should definitively be your LOT. That is the exact point that your PC no longer affects the outer shaft, and the energy from the PC is affecting the ligs.

I think the reason some guys are having problems finding their exact LOT, is because they are getting some head movement, because the PC is working through the ligs, and the ligs are pulling back the outer shaft slightly.

Don't make it too difficult. If the head does not pull back much, and the base is 'flexing', that is your LOT....

Its funny, your a network engineer and Im a PhD student in theoretical mathematics at the Univerisity of Chicago. I think it is time, rather, that you reevaluate the range of your mind. Stressing the tunica 'expresses', to use your vocabulary, inner penis. Consequentially of this, then, is higher, or, as Bib says, a 'reset' LOT. Your last two sentences are so mundane and devoid of mind that it is irrelevent that I respond to them. But I will say one thing further, you obviously have no idea of intellectual hierarchy. Yet, in time, it will undoubtedly become increasingly explicit to you.

I do believe that the LOT theory has merit, but i also think in the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter how you stretch... what's most important is the actual stretching. Just stretch often and change angles after a few weeks. I think that some people (no one in particular) get too caught up in the details and loose sight of the simpla fact that if you just pull, it will get longer..
