I wanted to post this cause I see a lot of people using very little tension on the sg. As you can see there are no notches showing and no adjustment made. This is max tension. I see a lot of people with 2 or 3 notches showing and the adjusters maxed out. This means you need to add more bars. I'm sitting at 8.5 in the sg and my bpel is 7.25-7.5 so I'm stretches over an inch further in this and my bpfsl using my hand of 7.5. I have every bar on that it comes with here except the smallest one

Awesome strong stretch there!

your bpfsl in 7.5 when you use your hands but you are able to stretch to 8.5 in the SG? you must be able to stretch to 8.5 using just your hands.

MUst have a death grip with that strap :O looks like it is ready to slip off. mine used to slip when it would get to that point when the strap is over the glans. or my head would go numb...my wrap now has taken care of those issues though. will that slip off of you or cause numbness after being kept on for an extended period of time?
 
No I can't stretch that far with my hand. What I do is when I first put it on I have less bars then I screw the extensions out and take the bar off one side and put in a longer bar then switch out the other side. Some times I'll do this twice to get stretched that far. Yah I'll go numb after a while. I can usually go for an hour the first time but then it's a half hour the next time before I need a break. When I take the sg off I put on my xsleeve for about half hour then put the extender back on
 
Can you please show us how you put it on? I remember you mentioned that the reason for you to gain so good is that you applied it correctly, can you please explain or show us Jd? :)

Nice stretch and great pic. Have you looked at the SG/VLC combo yet. Using the SG/VLC Step-Up Method allows you the option to add 'S' rings instead of bars. Check it out to see if it would work for you the link to this method you can find below in my signature. Also you can buy extra SG bars on line and the VLC cones as well. No wrap is needed with the VLC and it is a painless way for SG stretching.
 
That is certainly a maximum stretch! Great picture to show men what a good extension should look like.

Wow cool...i wonder if you worked on your wrap if you could extend the time you could stay out at that length. to be able to stretch out further using an extender with a strap than your own hand is surprising to me...only b/c i can only extend out the same distance...i can get a good grip with my hand. PE is so individual.

A video would be awesome with ruler measurements. I found the SG to be to difficult and time consuming to get high tension so i never liked it for myself. would LOVE to see someone who likes it make a video showing us how it's done

I'm going to get a vac hanger cap and use that in the sg. I will then be able to wear it for hours.

The switching out bars after your already stretched in it is the trick to getting such a big stretch and a stretch over what you could with your hand. I just keeps slowly stretching over the long time in there and I constantly add more tension as I stretch farther in it so that I'm always at max

Thanks for the pic very impressive stretch! Im interested in the relation between HAND FSL & Extender FSL.
Im the opposite, my HFSL (7" - 7"2/8ths) is longer than my ExFSL (6"1/2) BPEL (6" - 6"1/4) all measurements are bone pressed. Strange how different people are.
Ive read a lot of your posts & have a lot of respect for your advice which has helped me & im sure others so any info on your routine is greatly appreciated.
Are you still using the SG for around 3hrs a day? or have you upped this.

Im sure you need no advice on this but while you are talking about gaining a good stretch I found a good way some might find useful, hope you don't mind me crashing your thread!

You can make sure your stretched as far as you can by putting on the extender, screwing out the tension to 1500g then flip the assembly up & down a few times pushing it down as far as you can. This loosens up & stretches your shaft. When you flip the extender to the 90deg position from your body you will notice that the tension has dropped to about 900ish. Then repeat the process again & again till either it stays at your prefered tension or as Jdcsd does swap rods up.
I do the same as him using the method he described but I cant stretch anywhere near like he can!!

hmmm you seem to have alot of wrap on maybe i should wrap my dick to makeup for the fact that im not 5+ girth soft and the comfort strap will workout

what were you using for wrap? he has very minimalist wrap that he uses
 
i just had the comfort pad on, and it wouldnt even be remotely close to tight i dont get how you made the comfort strap work your not even 5 girth soft your similar to me soft cuz im 5.5 hard
