You'll find less fluid and in time save and purchase a Bathmate, not pushing them on anyone because I'm a mod here and MOS has an affiliation with them from sales but because they are good. Check my routine thread out for my own progress.

Sorry for asking about this topic that was brought up back in 2019, but my new pump ( 10 days old ) just did this to me. How do I prevent it from happening again down the road and should I take a day off? Can I have sex still like tomorrow? lol. With the 5×5×3 and SRT plus the sleeves there should be absolutely no water retention whatsoever and every bit of expansion will be tissue.
Nothing to about. Just let the blood recirculate after session. It's important with manual work in combo with being inside a pump. Being inside the pump for to long will create more fluid retention. Se the other threads we have answered you on. Manual work between being inside the pump will reduce fluid retention. You want to minimize this.Sorry for asking about this topic that was brought up back in 2019, but my new pump ( 10 days old ) just did this to me. This scared the crap out of me and I almost went straight to the hospital because I freaked out until I red this old thread. Thanks for your support here.
