Hey guys,

Can someone please explain what exactly bundled stretches do and why they are better/more beneficial than normal stretches?

I did 30 minutes of bundled stretches today with the LM and holy cow it was intense! I found an article on bundled stretches so please disregard this thread.
 
They're one of the more advanced tunica targeting exercises. MattersofSize + Bundled + Tunica

I haven't really done them much, but was planning on doing them w/ the phallosan. I'm just iffy on getting an erection in the process while stretching bundled.

Don't have the Phallosan but I'll probably get it in the future. Why don't you just masturbate before you do them? I used to jerk off before hanging and never got erections.

Oh I don't get erections all the time when extending. Just out of the blue or I will feel one coming on and then trying my best to make it subside.
I don't know if very many people do bundled extending. I know they do bundled hanging w/ the bib hanger.
So I really have no time frame to base the stretch on in terms of extending since I don't see many posts/threads on it.

I don't know if it's recommended that someone do 1hr+ of bundled extending. So that's really where the worry came from. I'm still looking into bundled extending and seeing what other users experience in terms of gains/time.

Is being bundled already stretching the penis a lot? What I mean is, if I twist my dick twice using the LengthMaster, and somewhat pull on it, is that a really good stretch? I know without bundling you have to really pull hard on your dick but I think bundling itself without pulling much is already really intense.

Twisting first will stretch the Tunica mostly and this is a very important place to stretch as the Tunica is very dense and as you break it down it brings length gains much faster. Without twisting you will be attacking the ligaments and the shaft of the penis. It is also suggested to get in Expressive Stretches. Expressive Stretches using the LengthMaster would be either Hole Stretching or low grip stretches.

It is a really good stretch. You're putting more yank on the tunica as opposed to regular stretches. You're still targeting the tunica either way, it's just w/ this you're putting much more strain on it.
 
The thing is, when I tighten the LM behind the glans, my dick doesn't want to stretch as much. The clamp is kind of holding it back. I don't really want to tighten the clamp ON the glans because that would hurt. I'm also uncut so I'm sure that's an issue somewhat as well.

are you pulling your skin down and away from the glans? if not you need to then wrap then put the chamber on. i've never heard of getting less stretch when using the LM
