I have a 9.5 to 10 inch cock. I just get semis and cant get fully hard without physical stimulation. And when i do get hard it sometimes gets numb and/ or loses its erection. Any tips, herbs you guys know of that can help me out with my problem. Other than that i have the size I believe is great for ����. huge loads. And stamina of a marathon runner. If you know any exercises as well that can help out with erections tell me which ones.

Your penis may be too big for the blood it needs. This can be solved by doing Kegels, which will increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles allowing for rock solid erections. I am bigger than you and I can get 100% erect. I started at 6.5" x 4.75" with rock hard erections, as I grew longer and thicker I needed to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles to support the larger size. Check out the Newbie Routine and rock the Kegel workout and your shit will be straight!

I have a numb head tip. From P.E. How do i solve that.

Since the PC is a muscle, do you think there is a limit to how strong/"big" it can get?
Like in bodybuilding there is a certain point where all natural won't do it anymore and you have to use other stuff (not that that is healthy or recommended)

need to do lots of kegels, jelqing and edging can also help and you might even gain some girth

MACA, AAKG, Tribulus, Zinc are supplements that will help but not fix the underlying problem which may be blood supply
Dosages vary from person to person, i had to experiment to find out what worked for me

You do not have to stop anything, you can continue with any exercise that does not hit the effected area. In your case it is Kegels, you can safely do these in your situation. I would still like to know how and when your head become numb.

continuing doesnt effect the area but if u do it too much will it happen or just doesnt work that way:cool:

Not getting fully hard without physical stimulation is just called 'not being 15 yrs old anymore'.

However strong the PC muscle(s) might get when exercised in the static contracted position, it's still analogous to exercising your biceps by holding your arm straight and just tensing it over and over. It's going to be better than being in an untrained state, but you're never going to get 19" arms doing that. Someone had invented a dome kindof object that you place under the PC girdle and sit on it. The idea is that it deflects the muscles upwards so that when you contract them they must react through an increased range of motion and do so against a resistance. Kinetilogically it's a good idea, if someone got Dr Per Tesch into PE he'd say the same thing, but it hasn't caught on.

Then this other thing, which oughta have its own thread probably, is that Dr Kegel's original exercise had contract and push components. That is, the whole exercise as he designed it is to do regular contracted 'Kegels', but also to do the opposite push exercise that PE calls 'Reverse Kegels'. The whole thing is described as being like the way a jellyfish swims through the water, a contract in, then also a push out.

Also the PC muscles are involved more strongly in the sitting position and with really good upright posture. Slouching tilts the pelvis and limits their activation.

And also the PC is involved more strongly if your legs are spread apart. Not crazy like a 'split' but something like what nazi fems were trying to call '#manspreading'.

Sit super upright, legs spread, jellyfish swim, and consider (at least some of the time) sitting on something that'll deflect the PC into a range of motion.. maybe a baseball or softball..
 
thanks guys for the tips. my erections are getting harder. i started kegeling while sitting with something under my pc muscle, and i also started edging and i was able to get rock hard erections so hard they hurt, until they quickly became semis again, but then i did the kegels again, and i am able to get rock hard again, i just hope it lasts, ill just have to keep kegeling
