Hello everyone, this is my first post. I am starting with a penis that is 7" long almost exactly non bone-pressed, and an average of about 6.1" girth (with a tiny bit more at the base and a tiny bit less at the top, but still very proportional) From what I've been reading that's a pretty good girth, but the problem is the girth really undermines the length. So my goal would be to gain .75" to 1" in length. If I gained some girth I wouldn't mind, but I don't want to gain too much, and it's really not a goal right now or in the foreseeable future.

Here's the dilemma though: I need a great way to obtain that length goal. I tried manual basic stretches for about 1.5-2 weeks consistently, but had to stop because of irritation on the corona of the glans and some seemingly permanent bruising on the head. I wet-jelq inconsistently and even though it feels good, I get a decent pump, and it seems like it's the only basic Penis Enlargement exercise I can do right, I don't know how much it's doing for the length and I don't want to waste the effort if it's not going to be effective for gaining length. So my question to everyone (especially the vets and anyone who has gained length from wet-jelqing) is -

Should I:
1. Try a new method or technique of stretching and be careful and give that a shot
2. Give wet-jelqing a longer shot and hope I gain length
3. Some other idea, method, technique, or exercise to get me that length

Any input, comments, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone

Take a break till you heal up and the irration goes away. Then start back with manual stretching. Don't pull too hard and take a day's rest between workouts. Practice technique and find your groove for gripping and pulling. This is a conditioning and learning period, this does'nt mean you won't make gains just that Penis Enlargement contains elements of progressive resitance and you need to start slow.

Thanks a lot for the quick, helpful response Sasquatch. Do you think I need to do a warm up for simple stretching, or can I just go at it? Should I just try the basic up down out right left for 20-30 seconds at a time?

Make sure your grip is below the glans and not on it, I had this problem before as well.

Also make sure to warm up properly

yes you should warm up before stretching or doing any pe for that matter..and also try to grip a lower down the shaft not right behind the glans...that might help with the irritation...try to put baby powder on your penis and hands that might help

Ok, so I did a beginner stretch session last night that consisted of 4 straight down, 1 right, 1 left, 2 sraight up, and 2 straight out. All of these were for about 30 seconds each, to total about 10 minutes. I felt some good lig pull. I used baby powder and didn't warm up. My grip is okay, it's just that I still got some moderate post-workout glans irritation that is still a tiny bit touchy right now, about 20 hours later. I put vasoline on the head to try sooth it.

What should I modify, should I perform another session tonight, what do I need to do different (more/less) etc....

I'd like to add that for being a member for just 1 day, I have already realized this is THE most supportive, helpful group of men ever I think. Thank you to all so much.

I really cant stretch! I took a day off and tried again last night. I warmed up properly, took it slow, used baby powder, gripped further down on the shaft, yet still experienced pain and have irritation now. If I grip further down, my hand just slides up to touch the shaft and irritate it. What do I do??

I included a picture of where I get the terrible irritation

Sixx Gixx, I think you need to take more time off before stretching again. Maybe try 2 weeks off to let the coronal ridge of your glans heal. Try using some pure aloe vera gel to keep the skin moist and encourage healing.

When I first tried using a noose style extender the pain was unbearable and within a couple of days I had developed an irritation in the same place your have. Healing time and slow progress with resitance overcame the irritation problem.

Are you cut or uncut? Do you wear underwear?

Remember, the penis is like a pigs nose...the more you root it, the tougher it gets

my pain is more in the base of the penis those two ligaments on the ends of your penis connecting it to the body. its more sore than pain i think. when i stretch it gets sore.

Sasquatch-before I started up again 4 days ago, it had been at least two weeks, probably much more since my last stretching session. It is only temporary irritation after a session. I had been using vasoline afterwards, but I like the aloe vera idea. After my first session, it was sore for that night and a bit the next day. But 2 nights ago, after my last session, it only felt irritated for that night, so I'm thinking the glans may be becoming accustomed to it. I am totally cut, and do wear boxers. I think the irritation may be starting to be under control though...I'll find out after tonight's session. Thanks for your help man.
