I have just started the newb program and I am just wondering if any of you guys have tips for an uncut guy jelqing. I just don't think I am doing it right honestly and would appreciate any help.

It shouldn't make any difference being uncut, ive never had any problems.

Lube your shaft up with vaseline but don't put to much on,get at least 50% erect, grasp the base with the Ok grip, tighten grip and slowly milk the shaft 2-3 second reps is a good starting point,if you are doing it right the whole shaft and head should get noticably engorged with each rep, doing a quick kegal every few reps helps to get fresh blood into the shaft,by the end of your session your flaccid hang should look bigger than normal, fat and full of blood.

If your not experiancing this then either you are not erect enough or you are not gripping tight enough with the ok grip.

You should, at aleast I do, pull the skin back over the head before each jelq.

I was could have swore that I read that it would reduce the fluid build up in the skin.

Best info I have found so far is.

Uncircumcised Jelqing
The foreskin is an extra complication in the jelqing process. It can simply be ignored and allowed to collect over the glans. This method tends to increase fluid buildup in the foreskin and can, in the extreme, cause minor pain. The swelling may take some time to subside but can be a considered a minor side effect. This method will exert most force for skin stretch on the skin near the base of the penis, potentially causing a turkey neck effect.

The alternative is to retract the foreskin at the start of every stroke. This can take a little time to master. It can be achieved in two ways, either by fully releasing the hand at the glans before applying a new grip at the base or by releasing the first hand only enough to allow the skin to retract under the grip. Either way the new grip should be applied slightly up the shaft.

The second Alternative seems to feel as if there is allot more blood collecting so I am going to stick with that for the time being. The problem I have run into now is that if I do use this method I can't actually do the jelq's from the newb routine ( 2 sec Jelq's) Since I require one hand to hold the skin. I guess my question is how many of these types of jelq's would be considered equivalent to the 300 2 sec Jelq's

Ive never experianced fluid build up in 4 years of pe,as for turkey neck look at how many cut guys have it?

I don't see how you can do fluid jelqing reps if your having to push the skin back each rep.

i have this build up.

i do 600 Jelqs, and after i have finished, my foreskin is swollen like a fat lip. the skin sort of turns over!

i does go down over night. but if you want to have sex or masturbate after it is painful. Also it hurts when you walk and it swings and hits you leg.

is it worth getting cut to prevent this?
or would it affect the exercises or gains?

Yeah I'm getting this too....I'm thinking of cutting back on the jelqs. At 300 jelqs I'm cool, 400 I start seeing it raw and swollen, 500 worse, 600 almost unbearable...

jelqing is the same thing. the foreskin doesn't have impact at all, or very very VERY little impact.
