You should have little to no fluid retention after a workout. Perhaps cut the session back to 5 minutes and increase sets.

Exactly what I needed to do otherwise I found that there was fluid retention. Now doing 7 minutes in Bathmate then 100 jelques then another 8 minutes in Bathmate has kept fluid build up to nothing noticeable if not nothing at all. Doing this 2 to 3 times a day has given unbelievable progress.
 
When I first started this thread I thought that there was no way that doing twice a day would be wise but I really wanted to make the gains that others where making so the question was asked. Without this forum and your answers I would be using the Bathmate once a day for 20 minutes and that would be it and these spectacular gains would not be coming as easy and as fast.
I would like to thank you all and for answering and explaining to me the reasons for using it twice a day or more. I hope that others are now using it the way that has been explained in this thread. You guys are de bomb.

Cut the time in the Bathmate from 10 to 5 minutes?

Thats great. Glad that you are able to use it without the fluid build up. Works a treat cutting the sessions down.
