So today I've done a bit of thinking about pumping, some say it doesn't work only expands the skin some swear by it but i know what skin stretching feels like and i can feel the expansion within my penis it seems quite obvious to me that I'm expanding my entire penis but this brings up my question, the basis of PE relies on cell division caused by continual expansion of the tissues so if when in a pump everything is being expanded wouldn't that include the tunica also? Example: say the tunica itself has a wall thickness of 1mm but when pumping the whole penis expands 10% that would also include the tunica giving it a temporary thickness of 1.1mm but over time with continual expansion that increase would become permanent so basically by pumping you could make gains but your tunica would get thicker and thicker and continual progress in PE over all would become affected and gains harder to come by. Thoughts?

The problem people have later on is that they DON'T improve their technique. That's why they say it's harder to come by. Just like muscles need different stimuli, so does the tissue in the penis. They would go hardcore and fuck themselves up or over do it and they're body reacts the way is supposed to, which is to retract and stay in a safety state.

I believe the tunica actually thins out as you expand. By thinning it out, you force it to stretch to new lengths. It's the healing process that your body does that I believe thickens the tunica. Like how you break a bone, it heals and is thicker at that spot, it won't break at the same location twice. We thin the tunica by stretching it out and letting it heal in an extended state, i.e., wearing a cock ring after girth or extender after length, SRT thank you DLD lol. I believe doing it that way lets the tunica heal back to its original thickness but actually longer since it was stretched.

Example, tunica is 1 mm thick and 5 inches long. You stretch it 5.5 inches and thin it to .8 mm. You let it heal in an extended state and it returns to 1mm thick but retains 5.25 to 5.5 inches long given healing ability and tension. Now, the tunica is essentially the same thickness but longer, so it can stretch with the same stimuli to stretch to a new length. So say you used 5 lbs to get that goal, you can use 5 lbs again until the tunica finally thickens itself. Perfect example is a tree, the bigger it gets, the thicker the trunk. Until your tunica gets thicker and needs more stimulus, you can do the same thing until then. So if you start a great routine but stop, I see the tunica thickening up like they say and yes becomes harder to stretch. If they would've stayed in that routine and improved it, the gains would've kept coming. Look how people nowadays are gaining over an inch in a months time and 2 inches in a few months. It used to take years to get 1 inch. They can't sit and say it's newbie gains anymore, we're keeping the tunica in a constant state of unrest and healing. We perfected the techniques and improved our knowledge. Those who say it can't be done belong somewhere other than MOS Brotherhood.

This is just how I think it works. There hasn't been true studies done to prove anything. Until PE becomes a household phrase, it won't be touched. They've taken the tunica and other tissues and examined them to test elasticity, but nothing of value as far as PE is concerned. Any length gains showed came from ligament and inner penis being pulled out. The tunica accounts only for around 5-8%. That's almost neglable considering people gain an inch quickly nowadays. Keeping the tunica in constant flux is what I believe increases that percentage considerably. I definitely wanna hear other people's perspectives as well.

I aim not even going to try to reiterate this, you made a great post Run!

Hmm interesting, I didn't think of it that way, that's why forums are great I suppose getting other perspectives, thanks for the response

Forums were the first way for us to communicate in a social way and we have stuck with it because it works. I do not see much value in Twitter or Facebook in the true sense of social interactions, I feel there is too much restriction and not enough kindness. In our safe world of the forum we remain extremely social without having to have 10,000 people on our friends list. Listen, most of us were Rock Stars in the day, we were able to exchange idea quickly and efficiently and at that point FaceBook was still sucking on it's mothers tit!

Yup. The PC police get you and go crazy. I just don't bother with that crap. Most of it is little kids talking shit and turn into big babies when in trouble. Social media is garbage and those that use it for helping get ridiculed.

dont like FB that much. But the guys that created that were smart enough to get people attention..millions of users worldwide...

Theres no way to compare the MOS forums n that FB thing..besides every social network can have an expiration date...i think The forums are not part of that.

The forum will outlast the social media, I believe Facebook is headed the way of Myspace and Twitter will not be far behind. I became famous online for the years of hard work I have done and I see these punks on Facebook with 10,000 friends thinking they are famous, pfff!

Running do you have your personal thread where you log workouts ?
If not, go for it, id subscribe to that. YOu have alot to teach other brothers by example.

Yeah I have one. I haven't been updating at all. I was doing good but then stopped updating it. It's in my signature. You can see all the crazy shit I used to do. I still use the LM and Bathmate daily, I just haven't updated it. I will soon and again when I measure.

MOS[/words] Brotherhood.

This is why I love this forum, I came from PE gym, the attitude there is "1inch girth gain is very rare, may not be possible, don't get your hopes up" yet everyone who commented in the forum had gained 1meg? I understand not getting false expectations, but if you told lance armstrong he couldn't ride a bike, he sucked, he didn't have the genetics, it wasn't possible. Would he grown up thinking he could of been a champion? No. It's the right attitude, the attitude should be, go for it, no one can say if you can or can't give it your all!

Hahahaha you used the wrong guy. With all the info that came out on him, I respect what he's done to help others, his training and strong will, just not what he did to stay on top.
I like your thinking. People get confused when you say hard work surpasses genetics. We prove that all the time here. Short guys with big dicks through hard work. Tall guys with big dicks through hard work. Everybody in every genre. The more you push the more you get. Simple as that.

I think 1x1 minimum gain in length/girth is possible for everyone regardless of genetics. Some people it may take 1 year, others 6, but I think everyone could reach that.

Right. The people that don't are not relying on all our assistance and knowledge. It sucks because they give up and never put in the effort after that. Even if they try, they don't put in 100%.

See it all the time in the gym too, guys who will be consistent, do apply more volume over time, stay in the same place but say "guess its just not for me".
