Ok, I thought: "Man I need a fucking hardcore-programm!", so I made this routine:

Length (in the morning):

1) Erect stretches to the left, right and to the front (1 minute) x5 times

2) Erect bends left, right and middle (1 minute) x3 times

3) 15 minutes of DLD Blasters (5 minutes unbundled, 5 minutes bundled , 5 minutes unbundled)

4) 5 minutes wet-jelqing (in complete flaccid state)

5) shower , then 1 minute normal stretch down x2 times


Girth (afternoon/night):

1) Full erect Uli sqeezes. (1 minute) x2 times

2) Double handed dry jelqs x10

3) 1) + 2) with the other hand


1) - 3) 2x times


10x Grazy Girth Busters (1 minute)



Ok, I started yesterday and I thought: GREAT!!

But now to my problem: I did my length routine at 3 pm. At 8pm my g/f gave me a very good bj with a nice orgasm. Then we wanted to fuck... But I couldn´t get an erection!!! :mad: What the fuck??!!!??!!!

If I recall playa, youre pretty new to this stuff right? Even if you werent that does look like a pretty intense routine. While I'm not as experienced with manual exercises...I do know they can beat up your dick if you go overboard. I'm sure DLD or someone will give you some pointers soon. I hang 4 hours total time 6 days a week and I know my penis is usually too fatigued to get a good quality erection for several hours afterward.

P7, I think the routine you have designed is good. It may take some time to adjust to the intensity of the routine and this may be why you are experriencing some erectile problems. The good news is your penis will adapt to the workout and everything will be straight. Anytime I do an above the bar work-out my sexuality suffers for a few days until I am used to it.

My entire penis enlargement career has consisted of 4 different workouts. 3 which are listed in the MOS pay-site and the 4th is my current routine. I dedicated about 6-8 months to each workout before changing. When I changed routines it was not always about adding more but making better use of the time I already was spending. Supersets play a vital role in my workouts and I feel that certain complimentary exercises work very well together to maximize gains. Reaching a plateau that lasts for more than a month tells me I need to make adjustments to the existing routine. Do not confuse slow gains with no gains.

To your "erection problem":
I'm with DLD, you will adjust to the stress. If your prick feels to burned out take a day rest.
I was in the same situation some times and it helped me always a great deal to first return the favour after the bj and then to take a hot shower /bath together before taking action again.

I think you will like to gain easily, fairly with less time in training. I suggest you buy a length master for length . For girth, you can by any of the bathmate of your size.

It is amazing to see how PE has changed over the years. We have been around a long time and things have changed so much from when we started to where we are today. When I started MOS there was really no devices besides the JES Extender which, at the time, was over $900. So that was something that we could not promote. So I went completely manual until the LengthMaster and BathMate came out. Then when SizeGenetics (Jes ) was reduced in price from $900 down to around $200 it made sense to include that in our lineup. Tools have been the biggest change in PE from when I started. Today with teh Phallosan you can stretch 24 hours a day, to me that would have been a dream when I was actively gaining. Today SRT is the fastest way to gain and it is the perfect balance of manual and tool training.

The newbies in the PE world don't know how lucky they are. I also count myself lucky because when I started there was no length master. But all thanks for the length master.
