By too much, I had a small inflamation on my glands for the first time ever, it was like a mosquito bite and got super sensitive. I knew I had pushed too hard.

The problem is that I do not feel the soreness with Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). I think I have a theory on this. What you have is a very low dull sense of pain that you indicated in the past posts. From what I can see of all your posts, your pain threshold negates any kind of fatigue sensation that you may feel. This is where they're dangers also lay. It's also the benefit to your new kind of gains. The method is the same, but the amount of traction force and pumping pressure will place you into a moderate to possible very high danger zone. You can attempt if you like.

This forces you to use the LengthMaster for 10 minutes, then the pump for the next 20 minutes, in combination roughly around an hour worth of routine because you have to make adjustments.

For the LengthMaster, you need to use contortion or twisting of your penis as much as you can. The minimum amount of rotation should be 360°. Make sure you do the same thing for the other direction. If you cannot achieve 360 rotation, do as far as you can, but make sure to have the same amount of rotational degree as the other side. When you pull the LengthMaster behind your cheeks, make sure to pull as hard as you can. This means, you have to exceed that 7 lb of traction force. I'm suspecting that you are already at 15 lb of traction force. No matter what the traction force may be, go as high and as hard as you can. This means you have to rotate one side for 5 minutes, then rotate to the other side for 5 minutes. This is to prevent Peyronie's issues. Using the length maths first with this method will force your tissues to reach fatigue in no time.

I can rotate my penis, but the problem starts when rotating and pulling at the same time. This is where I can't pull enough because the pain is ultra intense. The same goes for behind the cheeks where when I do rotation stretches is painful but..... is it the sense of pain someone should have?

As someone who is new to using the LengthMaster, half rotation is enough for you to start with. Once you adapt to the LengthMaster, you can then do a full rotation maybe after like a month or two.
 
Tried to use MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System 2day but all of a sudden the pump is not working.
I had mityvac in my car and it was very hot. Does this have to do with this problem?

You have to check to make sure that the pump is well connected. You have to shave the pubic hair down there too. You also need to use some lubricant on your pubic area and also on the area of the pump that compresses to your body.

If you hear or feel there's an air leak somewhere between the cyinder's connection, the orings may be heated to the point of warping. Check the orings to make sure they are not damaged. The pistol pump is pretty hardy, so that will not be the issue.

Beside the orings, check the hose fitment as well. The temperature should not affect the hose. However, the fitting portion on the barbs can cause a bit of looseness if the temperature is high enough.

If you are living in a very cold country and you are pumping dry with the mityvac, having the MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY or a heat pad attached to the pump can be beneficial.

When you're using water, warm to hot water helps with keeping the tissues constantly malleable. This is a bonus for using water. If you use air, in reality, you don't have to constantly apply heat. As long as your tissues are sufficiently warmed up at the start, you're good to go.

If you're talking about the MOS Red or red light therapy, it's best to use it at the end. This helps with post workout recovery on top of keeping your penis loose and relaxed. Like I said before, you can use the MOS Red during the post-pumping stage when you wear your cock ring. Save time while you're healing.

I'm still on the warm up always mode, so for me I'm currently doing 30 minutes of manual stretches with RED + NIR to start. I don't do it for cool down or healing (unless of course I feel something strange- then I hit it with RED + NIR immediately). My focus is on warm-up. This could change but for me right now that is what I am doing.

If I am just pumping that day. Anytime I pump I always do 10-15 min of RED + NIR, basically, I always warm up.

No gains at all.
PE is not working with 3 or 4 days a week at least not for me. You must be constant and have patience.

The reason why you think it is not working is because, you have not been able to get a 100% level of erection.

When you want to measure your girth, your must be at 100% level of erection before you can see your actual size in the measurement.
 
As I told you in my private messages my friend, there are times .... 1 day in 50 where I have a very good erection. Trust me no gains. This is not for me. I have tried I am sorry
