Does anyone remember offhand what the maximum amount of time you can remain in a tourniquet before "tissue death" sets in?
I do Extreme Ulies, and I never usually stay tightened for longer than ten minutes, but I always wonder if I can go longer.

Yeah that´s better, but the question was:
Does anyone remember offhand what the maximum amount of time you can remain in a tourniquet before "tissue death" sets in?
And the answer is 25 min.... But I would never go over 20 min... As I remember the max for me was 15 min...

C YA!

Well, I use a cable clamp and I believe Godsize does too. I'm usually in mine for around 20 minutes.

Alright listen up soldiers [the Guru of constriction and string :D] the MAX time is 30 minutes.....after that the tissues die from non-stop torniquet.

But I do 35 mins....HTF do I??? I have built my way to this over 14 months of doing these, plus I release the clamps slighlty if it gets bruised than re-tighten, also massage the area where I am clamped.

I really am a master at Torniquet exercises...they aint as easy as I say they are...while doing the exercises you must bare in mind to monitor the penis where its clamped, tied etc etc and if any bruises come [black marks] than ya too tight, release some and massage.

I would highly REC' doing this stuff infront of a sun-lamp which really helps ALOT to reduce injury.

Also NEVER use an elastic band, this could tear thru the penis as its very thin and would act like a knife at high stress....best thing is a cable clamp, with padding underneath...I myself dont use any padding...but bare in mind it hurts alot when you take the clamp of as any skin that was trapped gets to normal.

I would say for begginers....do 10 mins to start with for say 2 weeks than move to 20 mins and stay their for many months till ya ready [you will know] to take the 30 mins head on.

This tissue death is meant for a fresh fish outta water doing these right off for 30 mins....it would do alot of harm...but someone like me whos used to it...its no probz 'most of the time'.

Good luck all and any questions on constrictors, torniquet exercises and methods than just hit me.

That should work cause you can just pull a string and let it go, whereas with a rubberband it hurts.

Clinically, tissue death occurs at 8 minutes with deprivation of oxygen and blood. The penis is the only exception and the only tissue in the body that does not have permanent damage from extended periods of circulation impairment. When one becomes erect and stays that way for extended periods of time, no detrimental effects however, this may not be the case with skin covering the penis. You may or may not have permanent damage doing this, I feel no more than 10 minutes is healthy. Risk pays off some times, just not that adventurous. I value what I have.

Maybe I'll let it go for 15 minutes max. Sometimes I forget what time I started and get worried...that's why I always write down what time I need to release the clamp so I don't let it go too far and fuck my dick up. I'm in no real rush, it's just that sometimes I feel like I wanna stay clamped longer than ten minutes, ya know?

I usually keep a bowl of hot water and a rag close by to wrap during my sets...this helps. With every set, I see my dick extend bigger and bigger. And now with the added stresses I'm incorporating, my efforts will be more effective within the same time frame.

I'm hoping to be bigger by the end of November. We shall see.

I'm so glad that Red posted what he does while in the clamp because I was considering doing the same types of things, but I thought it might be more harmful than beneficial. I'm real seasoned with using the multiclamp, so I'm inspired now. I really can feel the difference with just some light bending while clamped. My dick was shot afterwards, but in a good way.

I believe it's a standard in the medical community that a tourniquet should not be left on for more than 20 minutes, if possible. Obviously, if an injury is severe enough, removing the tourniquet could lead to fatal hemorrhage. So, it would be better to lose the limb than your life.
But I remember reading the 20-minute figure somewhere once. I would imagine that would be with a completely full tourniquet (i.e., no circulation whatsoever).

The circulation aint stopped its slowed down with the torniquet....I have been doing this for over a year..my dick is fine...the circulation is fine...listen to what a master of this field says....dld aint done this part of pe so he should not comment....he did which I must say I am surprised at, as he stretches alot.

Now....you can use a shoe string...but it aint as good as a clamp.
Maybe a belt can help also?

Sorry if I seem nasty in this post...but I am pissed of in genral today anyway.

RED, I would rather be safe than without a penis but you are correct when you say I have never done these torniquet type workouts. I would want more medical information on touriquets before I would condone such a long cut-off. I just do not want anyone to get injured.
