So I've been thinking about a routine I can do based on the time and equipment I have and I'd like some of the members who have experience of knowledge of PE to give me their thoughts on it.

Day 1: Length master bundled stretches.

3 sets for each stretch.

Down to the left: 1 minute
Straight down: 1 minute
Down to the right: 1 minute

Rotary stretch: 1 minute

Straight out to the left: 1 minute
Straight out: 1 minute
Straight out to the right: 1 minute

Rotary stretch: 1 minute

Up to the left: 1 minute
Straight up: 1 minute
Up to the right: 1 minute

Rotary stretch: 1 minute.

Weight hanging for 15 minutes.

Size genetics extender for 1 and half hours.

Day 2:

Jelqing 10 minutes, each jelq last 2 - 4 seconds, alternating between overhand and the standard Ok grip

Bathmate - 5 minutes.

SSJ - 15 minutes

Bathmate stretches - 5 minutes

Repeat Jelqing process for an additional 10 minutes.

Size genetics extender 1 and a half hours.

And after day 2, I would repeat the day 1 process, the back to the day 2 routine. Just alternating between the two routines and doing so 6 days a week. Hopefully I didn't confuse anyone with this.

These are 3 threads that I think are enough for you to get the knowledge to structure yourself a good routine.

What I do not like about your routine is:

1- Stretching time is not enough (but if this is based on the time you have for PE- then I guess that's that and it can not be improved).
2- You separate length and girth into different days. I suggest doing both every day of the week (maybe take a day or two off for girth if you feel like your EQ (Erection Quality) starts to diminish). Plus, you are wearing the SG for little amount of time- this type of active mitosis regeneration should be for prolonged periods of time to ensure the best results, especially after a high level stress on the penis.

The above mentioed threads have it all- the information you need to see what about your routine is good and what is not. Just give them a good read. But, as a basic guideline- length needs no rest days and the more you do it- the better, and girth- the only rest girth needs is to get the EQ back to a high level if it has diminished due to the girth work stress. :)

Hmmm I don't know Zam if he's just a newb do DLD's newbie routine and that's all for now,it looks like bryan you have combined everything you know about PE and put it into a routine? doing all this to early is going to ruin your EQ and may not lead to any gains at all.
Most guys including myself have gained the most from a newbie routine

Nothing wrong with including some equipment in your routine early on. We will all need to learn it eventually so no better time than the present. I like your routine and it seems like it is very much in line with SRT so I think you should do well using it. Please keep us up to date on everything so we can help out and motivate you.

I'm actually not a complete newb to PE.

I done DLD's newbie routine for about a month and a half, I'd typically try and do it 6 days a week but everyone knows that life sometimes gets in the way and could only do it 3 or 4 times a week at times. However, I stopped completely for about three months after I started having a bit of blood leak out of the head of my penis. There was absolutely no pain involved, I figured it came from so much pressure being placed on the head of my penis since I'd grip just below the glands. But during that three months I bought some equipment because I didn't want to just give up, I just wanted to give myself time to heal from whatever was going on. I'm definitely willing to begin with the newbie routine again, I just don't want the same thing occurring.

Just go easy man, this isn't sprint it's marathon bro, relax, PE is the best thing man can discover and all of you will agree on this
I'm not newbie also and I am doing newbie routine, because it fits me nice.

I would not worry too much about this as it is a simple injury that many of us have had that will clear up in 2-3 days. It is usually a small cut in the urethra that causes the blood to come. For me, when it happened, I took 3 days off and went back to PE with no problems ever again. Blood is a scary thing to see and I can understand your concern but it is not as bad as it seems, simply a small cut.
