Anyone got any tips on how to loose a fat pad? im packing an inch and a bit under my pad, the thing is Im not even fat and I have a very average physique but I still think I have quite a bit of pelvic fat ( I dont even have a stomach). Is it possible to have no fat above the penis (pubic bone) so that when I try to touch my pubic bone I can feel my bone instead of the inch of fat? do you guys get what Im saying?

To lose my fat pad I was thinking about doing a lot of cardio such as dancing, biking, running jumping jacks, basketball. Do you guys think this will work? Would there be anything effective to do that I havent included??

If there's one thing (most) of the fitness world can agree on, it's that there's no such thing as spot reducing, and it's been proven countless times in both clinical studies and elsewhere.

In other words, you lose and gain fat in a specific order, no matter what kind of exercises you do. Unlike muscle building, the body parts involved in a given cardio exercise (for example) have nothing to do with where fat will appear or dissappear. So for instance, situps and crunches won't help you burn fat on your stomach any faster than your arms or legs.

So, if you're already skinny and still have a bothersome fatty area somewhere, you've basically got two options:

1) Keep losing weight until the trouble area goes along with it. Unfortunately, this may mean you're skin and bones everywhere else.

2) Lyposuction.

Lypo is, of course, a way to get rid of specific fat areas if it really means that much to you. Otherwise, unless you're working on weight loss in general, you're not going to have much luck removing your fat pad.
 
There's also something called Yohimburn that you can try. I heard that it works.

Naturally, yes, there is no such thing as spot reduction in a true sense. However, there is a reason that women have fattier thighs, asses, and lower abs; while men usually have fattier stomachs. Estrogen and testosterone balance play their parts in this difference. I also have a 1" fat pad, although I am around 11% bodyfat and my shoulders have striations and my six pack shows! I'm betting there is a high affinity for estrogen in these tissues, and taking an estrogen blocker would do the trick. I hear that Arimidex is the choice of pro bodybuilders...and it is supposedly the only way women bodybuilders can get ruly defined glutes and thighs. I am thinking about trying this option, but the pills cost around $9/mg, and at 0.5mg/day that will add up! 6-OXO is a cheaper (and legal) alternative to Arimidex, but not quite as effective.
 
I would say get healthy by loosing weight... sure you can't target the fat pad directly, but fat is just eveil. Get rid of it dude :p
 
I guess I posted in the wrong thread so here is a cut and paste

Loosing the fat pad is something that will happen when the rest of your body is addressed. The ALPHA+BLADE RSA Fasting, Diet and workout (available very soon, I promise) will work for you as it has worked for me (and the others who have used it) But I can tell you, it is not easy but what you will take from it, aside from a 0% fat pad is much more. The fat pad is such a difficult pard of the body to isolate that the only, sensible way to eliminate it is by changing your entire routine. I lost mine to 0 is 4 months but I also changed many other things. I guess a good thought would be the extra dick you will get by sticking with a solid weight loss program. For me the 2" of non-bone-pressed dick that magically appeared made it all worth it.

Be strong, and attack this with tenacity, the gifts for your suffering will be so important.

Yeah I noticed that. I can see how important this issue is and I feel good that I have things that may help guys reclaim their best non-bone pressed size. It makes a world of difference when 2" magically appears on your body, the mirror becomes your best friend.

I surely would love to drop my bodyfat down ALOT because of this specificly. I was doing pretty good until i got sick and now im eating like shit again, cept im not drinking any soda. Although i made gains from Penis Enlargement, i know if i was 12 or 10% bf, id have 7.5 or more nbp length cause my bone pressed is over 8 inches, and my bp flacid stretch is about 9 inches or 8.75.
 
I would say that if their was one excersice that would hit the fat pad, it would be doing leg/knee raises on the dip machine!

Well there are no exercice that can target a specific part of your body regarding FAT. Just as it's impossible to decide where fat goes in the first place:(
