Everybody has there way to heat up their ligs and shaft prior to a workout. I use a rice sock and cant find anything better yet.

I was wondering if anybody here has a sauna? Or has one at their health club. Because I think that the best way to stretch would be in the sauna, because you sit in very hot room for a good half hour, and what a better way to warmup to do some stretches !

So do you guys think that a sauna could possibly be the best way to warmup? as opposed to rice sock or even a hot tub.

Also better for those ball stretchers that Supra was talkin about.

I have a sauna... and although my preferred method of warming up is using a hand shower with my dick hanging over the edge of the sink I have tried the sauna warm up... it really does heat the ligs nice and deep. The warm feeling persists longer than with the other methods.

I have been using a 250 watt heat lamp during my pe workouts, works great. Going to start doing prior heating before wokrout though.

Steam Rooms Benifits
The unique benefits of a steam room have become increasingly popular in modern society. The physiology of perspiration includes how sweating helps rid the body of wastes, regulates body temperature, and invigorates our largest organ, the skin. The metabolic effects of steam baths, the positive influence of negative ions released by steam, and the more subtle spiritual and social benefits of the steam experience all contribute to a heightened sense of well-being. Medical studies show that frequent steam bathing helps reduce stress and keeps your circulatory system running smooth.

Saunas Room Benifits

The sauna provides an environment for overall mental and physical health. The combination of body perspiration, rest and rapid cooling stimulates circulation, reduces muscular and nervous tension, and heightens cognitive awareness. Plus, you'll enjoy a restful, sound sleep, which for most people in today's fast-paced lifestyle, is worth its weight in gold.

Here are some other benefits to sauna and steam bathing:

Provides a cardiovascular workout and helps condition the heart: The heart rate increases when the body is exposed to high temperature, which consequently, improves circulation.
Soothes and relaxes tired muscles: Sauna bathing can also be beneficial for pre/post workout relaxation, help relieve allergies and sinus congestion, help relieve arthritic pain and reduce sunburn pain
Aids in weight loss: When combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise, sauna bathing can burn as many as 300 calories during each session, which is equal to running 2-3 miles
Cleanses skin: By opening pores in your skin and flushing unhealthy toxins through sweating, sauna will cleanse and beautify, offering an overall more youthful appearance. It promotes a wonderful feeling of well being and a total body experience which no bath can duplicate
Improves your social life: What better place to catch up with family and friends than in the warm, comforting environment of a sauna? You'll also be envied by neighbors, coworkers and long-lost relatives alike!
Add value to your home: In many instances, adding a luxury item such as a sauna can be an excellent investment, appraising for sometimes twice the purchase price
Requires little maintenance: Quality workmanship is evident in all the products we carry. Enjoy your sauna for life.

You guys have saunas in your houses? Damn!

I've found that although it can be inconvientient at times, the regular ol' washcloth soaked in hot water and wrapped around the cock always does the trick for me. Turns my shaft into taffy.

You can beat moist heat.

Well... I live in Finland, from whence the sauna tradition originated.. some claim it's from Russia but we came up with it first. Here it is out of the norm to NOT have a sauna. :)

I'm working on an idea that will incorporate mild steam. The device will be able to inject steam onto the fat pad, tunica & ligs at the same time( no it want cook you like a lobster, it will have a temperature setting). The steam will be readily available anytime after a session. No waiting about for hot towels, or rice socks. It is also possible to perhaps use it during a hanging session and weight loss to the fat pad and gut area. I'll have to experiment! I'll post more as and when it is developed, along with all my other creations.
