Hello DLD and all the comunity of MOS!

Wanted to thank DLD i started doing PE in year 2009 thanks to this website and free forum.

After 7 years of doing PE, not hard and constantly but somehow continued all these years and I went from 14.5 NBP to 20cm NBP and 21cm BP-
At the time i started i didn't even dreamed with this size! This is a message for all the comunity dont get desesperated and try to acomplish long term goals in short time. You will grow beeing constant over years and you will start to know yourself better and knowing wich exercesises and grips work best for you!

I have done Manual streches and used SizeGenetics for a while. Honestly i think there is no roof or limit! I started to enjoy PE and when the time pases and you see you are growing its a huge motivation!

THANK YOU DLD!!

That's awesome dude! Congrats! I think slow and steady wins the race too, you seem to have less chance of losing your gains with this approach as well, since you are gradually gaining.

Congratulations man I'm happy for you! 21cm is definitely a monstrous size :) How much have you gained in girth?
I came to the conclusion that this approach is smarter in the long run. There are many guys who work their asses in PE and do it 3-4 hours a day because they want to gain faster, but eventually they realize they have no life because they spend so many hours on PE and the results don't satisfy them so they quit. So, I think that a good approach is up to one (intense) hour a day, which includes exercises the guy found that they work for him, and he enjoys life in the rest of the time. It will not be too hard for him to keep doing it for years and it's less likely he will give up and quit. Am I right? Do you guys agree with me?

Absolutely agree about the slow approach. Doing pe all the time is a drag, especially when we have jobs, a gf, and trying to build our bodies as well. There literally isn't enough time to do pe for 2-3 hours a day. And even if we did have that kind of time the fact is that's not really a fun way to spend one's time.

So yes, I do pe every day in a variety of ways but usually only up to about an hour of active and then wear an extender or cockring as much as I can and I have gained about 1 1/4 inches so far.

I am so dying for the next evolution of pe device that will give us all the gains we want just by wearing it. I know extenders already kind of do that but not in the sense that they don't still require manual work.

So until the next-gen extender comes out or penis enlargement surgery becomes as easy and successful as breast implants I'm gonna keep stretching and squeezing. At this point I'm pretty much addicted.

English is not my mother tongue so I had to learn it too. And yeah it was a pain in the ass to learn (especially grammar and spelling and all that shit). I really didn't get it at all during middle school and high school, even my friend in the army tried to teach me without much success. I think it happened because they have a terrible method of English teaching in my country. Only in the last years when the information about many of my new hobbies was only in English I had to and wanted to and succeeded to learn it. So I can understand what you are going through, but I think it's definitely worth it, English helped me a lot in my life and during my B.A. studies. Good luck man :) You can do it.

Congrats on your gains. One thing I keep telling people is that once you start seeing gains in PE, you will become more addicted to training.
