Wanted to thank DLD i started doing PE in year 2009 thanks to this website and free forum.
After 7 years of doing PE, not hard and constantly but somehow continued all these years and I went from 14.5 NBP to 20cm NBP and 21cm BP-
At the time i started i didn't even dreamed with this size! This is a message for all the comunity dont get desesperated and try to acomplish long term goals in short time. You will grow beeing constant over years and you will start to know yourself better and knowing wich exercesises and grips work best for you!
I have done Manual streches and used
SizeGenetics for a while. Honestly i think there is no roof or limit! I started to enjoy PE and when the time pases and you see you are growing its a huge motivation!
