I lost track of the post but the author was having problems with gains after so many months. I personally would do 2 days of intense workouts and 1 day off. Repeat. I know its difficult to stay in a routine but 24 hours off is necessary just as it is in any other muscle on the body. If I am off feel free to chime in.
 
I see no reason to take time off for length as I feel length needs to be hit as much as possible to make length gains. Girth on the other hand could use time off in certain situations like extreme fatigue and lack of good eq but that is not for everyone, some guys do not need rest here either. Here is a blurb from the pay site on rest days:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
I get awfully stressed when I dont Exercise, evenso I spend time whit no PE...fucking insane hehe

PE can be very therapeutic and relaxing which make sit a great thing to do daily. Also, by doing at least something daily it keeps your head in the game. For me a day off can turn into a permanent vacation if I am not careful so I like to get at least something in everyday.
 
One day, first then one week, then two weeks, I remember once I spent almost six months whitout PE

I feel that way about my lengthmaster sessions. For a half hour a day it's just total quiet in my bathroom and my stop watch on my phone, clear my head, deep relaxing breathes, focus on good intensity/form, like yoga for my dick but instead of the downward dog or praising the sun it's between the cheeks or bundled upwards!! LMAO 😆

A very good way to see PE! It can be a type of YOGA workout. with the right meditation training can be a complete vacation from the busy, stressful lives we lead. Having this attitude with definitely keep you in the game and unlike YOGA you will get a bigger penis:)
