Hey guys,
Can anybody recommend supplements or foods that I could take to stop me getting erect so easily? (not alcohol though, since I'm not a drinker).
The reason I ask is that I feel that the fact I get hard during stretching is hampering my results, since I spend more time waiting for erections to disappear than I do on actual stretching.
I know about masturbating before stretching, and this has proved useful, but I only really get a 30 minute slot after ejaculating where I remain flaccid enough to stretch but then I start getting stiff again. Plus, I don't want to have to masturbate repeatedly during stretch sessions since this adds a lot of extra time and I'm trying to be as efficient as possible.
I'm looking for anything that could give me a solid 2 hour erection-free timespan per day so I can just focus totally on my stretches.
