hi, i'm new at this forum, and i am lookig for some help. I've been doing Penis Enlargement since February (i think) i started at 6" BPenis EnlargementL and 5.5"EG at midshaft. Now i'm at 7" BPenis EnlargementL and seem to have reached a plateau. :confused:
Lately i was doing behind leg stretches and a few DLD blasters every now and then. It's been like 3 weeks without gains. Right now i'm only going for length , i'll be working on girth after i reach the 7.5" NBP.

If any one can help me out i'd be delighted. Great site btw ;)

You need to divulge more details. How many days a week are you stretching ? How long per day do you stretch ? Realistically speaking how badly do you want to reach your length goal? Is 7.5" your final goal or do you have a bigger length in mind? Also, realistically, how much time per day can you set aside to help yourself (investing in yourself) reach your goal?? After you answer all those questions you need to decide to take action. Then, decide what type of stretching you will do. I'm sure DLD and, others will chime in here shortly and give more advice to you. You've made very good gains so far by the way, considering you are doing manual exercises.

well, i left out some important details so here they are.

> i wet jelq everyother day (including weekends) for 15-25 mins.

> Basic stretching and behind leg pulls for 30 secs (about 5 behind each leg) each day, a total of 15 mins daily

>occassionally a few DLD blasters before wet jelqs (about 20)


My final goal is yet unclear but it is something over 8" NBPenis EnlargementL. i haven't been doing any girth routines for yet, but i'll be doing after i reach that 7 1/2" target.

I'm just hoping i can get some good advice (which i'll surely be getting) from DLD

An idea for you. You may want to consider switching to a mostly or, all stretching routine. Drop the jelqing or cut it down to maybe 10 minutes or less a day. Then, put the most of your time into stretching . Say, 30 minutes of stretching a day 5 or 6 days a week. With length you want to stretch as much and as often as possible.

This is where the majority of my length gains came from. I would switch occassionally to always:D This may be a good place to start. At 7" you should be able to get some very good stretch while Blasting. Do you completely understand the Blasters? If not ask any questions you need. I have worked with many guys who thought they were doing them correctly but after evaluation they were missing something. In most cases after further direction these men went on to gain.

I think you need a little more volume on your stretching . I'm just getting back into this, and this is what I have been doing. I do a 30 minute or more stretching session every day, plus a couple of minutes of stretching multiple times(5+ times).

Most of my stretches are behind the leg/butt for the long session, and most of the others are in other directions.

Well i get warmed up with a hot shower , concentrating hot water on my penis base. i get seated, pull penis forward for bout 15 secss, pull penis towards chest and keggle for like 50-75 times.
I then start the actual blasters. i pull out for 5 secs while i kegel, then release the kegel and counteract by increasing the pull. i do a 10 sec Helishakes every 20 or so.

I'm not sure if this is right but maybe the problem stands that i don't do enuff of these:confused:

What stretch position are you using for the Blasters?
