Hey guys how are you doing?
so iv been doing PE for like 5 months and still haven't seen a single length increase
iv seen some girth gains tho but am still struggling with the length
i don't really know what am doing wrong
i do my routines two days on and one day off
this is my routine

Warm Up

i fill a container with hot water and put my penis there for 5 min and yeah i make sure my balls are not being heated up

Manual Length Exercises.
Do 3 sets of the following exercises
Pull your dick straight down (6 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight down to the left (5 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight down to the right (7 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight down (6 o’clock) and “crank” (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the
blood flowing)
repeating for 3 sets.

Pull your dick straight out for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight out to the left (9 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight out to the right (3 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight out and “crank” (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)
repeat for 3 sets.
Pull your dick up (12 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight up to the left (11 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight up to the right (2 o’clock) for 30 seconds.
Pull your dick straight up (12 o’clock) and “crank” (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the
blood flowing)
repeat for 3 sets.
Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your butt cheeks (backwards) for 30 seconds.
Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your left butt cheek (backwards-left) for 30 seconds.
Standing, Pull your dick under your legs and behind your right butt cheek (backwards-right) for 30
seconds.
Pull your dick straight out and “crank” (rotate it 360 degrees) for 30 seconds. (this gets the blood flowing)
repeat for 3 sets.
* exercises behind your butt cheeks work well if you put one leg up on a chair and pull the opposite direction

Jelqing

i do jelqing for 15 min with a 30% erection

i finish my routine by getting an erection then holding my penis at the base for a minute
i do that for 3 sets

sorry for the long thread but am really getting discouraged because most of the guys who have been doing PE for 5 months have saw great gains but i still havent
plz help
 
SRT brother keep your dick extended/expanded while you heal. Wrap your extended dick in a bandage for 1 hour at a time so you break to keep circulation optimal. Wear a cockring at the extreme base after girth sessions also keeping great circulation. Master reverse kegels to then pull out internal penis (expressive stretching) so its available for your length workouts. Learning to stretch after girth training is also good
 
Do you feel a litle bit sore in your first set every day from the previous day workout? and in your next workout measure your streched out flachid length before and past workout and report here the measurements.

Molst likely you're using too litle intensity in your streching.

Actually no i don't really feel any soreness
how can i make my length routine more intense ??

By stretching harder or jelqing with more strength. PE can come off as being confusing but it really is simple, to gain we need to exert enough force to deform the tissue. The routine you are using is great so if there is a lack of gains it must be because not enough stretch is being used. Some men fear injury but believe me, you need to put one heck of a lot of energy into stretching that you would hurt yourself. Concentrate on progressively getting to the point of maximum strength and I guaranty the gains will budge.

You can achieve this by owning and using a device like the length master. If you start a new routine with the length master, you will always feel soreness especially on the very first day of doing the routine.
