Hello guys! Just joined some days ago and made a serious commitment to the DLD routine! My main problem is that I need stronger erections and I'm too ''soft'' but I think the program will help solve all of penile issues generally.

3rd day I've been doing the exercises and I have some questions

1) Stretching: When I strech, my hands tends to flip off the penis a lot. So what I have to do when I want to stretch harder is to have a harder/tighter grip as well. When the one goes up the other does too. Is that a problem?


2) Jelqing: I'm jelqing ,as stated, on a semi-erected state but when I do I tend to grab a lot of skin on the way up to the head. The skin just above the balls! So each OK grip does push blood up to the head but has lots of skin in it. Should I continue like this? One alternative I found that feels better is to slightly hold the skin on the base of the penis with one hand and jelq only with the other hand. Which one should I do?


3) This is a kegel and a curved-penis question. During sex, is it better to be in a kegel or reverse-kegel state? I think that I have easier erections with kegels but cum faster. Also, I don't have a straight penis but a curved one. I have issues in some positions because of it! I noticed some discussion on the forum regarding this.
Should I commit myself to an appropriate routine for that as well?

For a better stretch session, make sure your hands are dry and lube free. You can also use talcum powder to assist with grip. It works!

Jelqing....never been a fan for anything serious. Light, low pressure jelqs are great for a few minutes of warming up or down...but I suggest avoiding them otherwise. They are prone to causing issues like nerve damage with improper grip technique and thrombosed veins. Look into squeezes and the DLD Slow Squash Jelq which, despite the name is not a jelq in the traditional sense. Jelqs are also very time consuming and inefficient when compared side by side to other girth exercises.

Kegel at other times throughout your day. When you are having sex, just enjoy the sex. :cool:

Darknodar, The best thing you can add to not only eliminate slippage but increase intensity to ridiculous levels is the LengthMaster. Once you are strapped in you can use both hands to stretch using the handle bars. Check it out, it has been the savior for so many struggling with grip and making length gains.
