I have had an off/on relationship with PE and have known about it for about 17 years.
I never did more than 2-3 months seriously, and I did have some gains. Last time was about 4 years ago. This time I took it really seriously, but I stopped because all forms of jelqing were giving me constant genital herpes outbreak.
Stretching doesnt seem to have this effect. This time I am back and I am more serious than ever. I am going to fix this part of my life once and for all.
Here is my plan:
Since I can't do any kind of jelqing, pumping etc due to genital herpes outbrreaks, my plan is to do a solely length based/stretching based routine. My plan is to commit 40-60 minutes daily, and my ultimate goal is to reach 1.2 - 2 Inches in length.
Then I will go cement my length gains and get HA filler for an additional 0.7-1 inch in girth, since I can't do much girth stuff.
Is this realistic? To be able to gain 2 inches in length over 1 year of committed and safe (dont want to do any of the dangerous and risky things) practice? I am also willing to get a coach.
I haven't mesured, but I am probably 5.7 Inches in Length erect and 5 inches girth erect at the moment. Last time when I did 2-3 months of serious practice, I reached 6.2 inches erect at one point.
If I can reach 7 Inches erect length and 6 inches girth (with HA filler) in 1 year. I would be very happy. If I can reach 7.5-7.7 Erect length and 6 inches girth, I would be ecstatic.
