hey guys i am not sure if i am having some kind of a Thrombosed Vein in the early stages, or is it just some kinda of a fluid build up. Apparently i have completely stopped all my girthwork since 5 days ago and have been on ibuprofen.

Started a little bit of edging yesterday, and i realized that though the bump is reduced, its still there when my dick is fully erect. Its at the topside of my dick, an inch in front of my base. i have tried RED's suggestion on the contrast bath(Cold and heat treatment) does works for a while but only for a while before it comes back again. i believe i got this thru the double forced jelq and bend + Iso compression superset exercise. I realized the lump becomes extremely prominent during the iso comp exercise. Based on the above description is it a thrombosed vein. (it looks like a circular bump)

Really frustrated that i have to stop my girthwork sigh

anyway, is it alright that i continue with my length routine? the A-stretch.

You may want to try this angle, deep massage twice a day, 2 baby aspirin (morning and night) and a week off. Continue with the A-Stretch and use this rest period to tackle some length.

I also think you should take a couple weeks off, not only to help it heal but to tackle and gain as much length as possible. This is a good time to focus on what you CAN do and make a profit in the midst of a seeming deficit.
 
What would you say are the best length excercises because ive had a similar thing happen though its on the left side of my "V" about an inch above the base of my penis, its happened after too much girth im pretty sure..

There are a few length exercises that are great. Sock Stretches, DLD Blasters, Sink Stretches, search those.
