Okay i have a few questions........
1) what do i need to know to start out with, i am very involved in sports so i do not have a lot of time.
2) waht are the best exercises? and waht should i start out with
3) do all these "pills" work, or just help in the process?
4) waht should i expect i am involved in sexual activity but i feel i can not please my woman i am only 5" erect

Okay so i checked over and i am about 5-1/2 5-3/4 erect and 4 exactly in girth now, i want obviously more both ways what are the best ways and could someone please explain to me waht some of these exercises are? maybe video idc pictures to help me

Starter,

check out the "newbie thread" that philadelph mentioned. All explained in there.

Instead of thinking about spending money on pilly and crap, rather think about devoting 30 minutes of your time a day for doing Penis Enlargement.
 
If you have extra money then you should look into becoming a member. DLD has outlined all the routines with pictures, videos and complete descriptions. That would be your best bet. He basically lays it all out for you.

Just remember, this won't be something that is a "fad", it will take time and effort on your part.

I've only been doing the newbie routine for a week and I've already seen a .5"-1" gain in flaccid size, nothing in girth or erect length, but I'm VERY pleased with the flaccid gain in such a short time (then again I'm being religous about this and work for 1-1.5 hours ever night).

No problem:) Do your Girth wrk first (ie: jelqing) Perhaps you can do it in the AM. Then prior to doing length, masturbate, then there will be no problem. I actually love stretching directly after orgasm.

Yes i would like to know how to get a better hang, it seems liek my lack for a better word sack is so tight and my dick sticks out as if i got a really small boner anyone want to help me? the only time i get a good hang from my sack is when im liek so hot its unbelievable but even then my penis still does not hang down any thoughts?

and i would liek to say i just started yesterday and i am aiming for an inch by may 10th
