So we have chempe, pumping, hydropumping, supplements, clamping with foreign objects, the list goes on. . .

I am still a newbie in PE, and I noticed that I'm consumed in getting products in hopes that it will give me some crazy gains over time with hard work.

I took a moment and looked back at old threads about DLD, BigAL and others. . .NONE of these ideas were out back when I discovered PE in my teens.

No pumps, no Bathmates, no chempe, foreign object clamping. . . .NOTHING.

The only things that the legends had were their hands, and MAYBE weights.

The only proven methods (no disrespect to anyone here), are traction devices (weights/extenders), jelqing, regular clamping, and stretching.

I think new people like me are caught up in the advertising of the Bathmates, and pumps and devices so quick because that's all that we see. There are some threads on the basics but not enough.

So I'm thinking about selling my Bathmate, Air Pump, and Power J Gym.

I am going to do exactly what the legends have done with a SLIGHT twist.

I dub the, "OLD SCHOOL WITH A NEW SCHOOL TWIST ROUTINE"

1.) Jelq with hands AND with JELQING RINGS.
2.) Stretches.
3.) Extending.
4.) Anti-turtling.

Nothing more than that. Once I feel like I'm maxed out from that, THEN I will move into pumping and chempe.

So to all of the newbies here. BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION. Arnold did his basics lifts first before he moved into bodybuilding. . . STRONG BASICS.

Once I do this for myself I will post up rep sets and times. But I will make it my mission to make sure that newbies do the basics first. Hands and maybe extenders only.

Smokey622: I agree. I wish some of our trusted members stop vouching for expensive bs products such as the Bathmate. Sometimes i wonder about them too. Well hopefully one day some Doctor can do a good stem cell surgery to give us the Cock we want. But until then, i will always question trusted members who says the Bathmate works. Sometimes i feel that Bathmate promoters are not actually PE concerned members since we all know that that the Bathmate is some BS that has been selling for 300 bucks for the last 6 years. Lol. I cant believe this site still lets people give good comments about this. BS $300 device. Lmao. Anyway. Good Luck on you Pe journey because i feel the same as you.Because we are both saying " Let me know what really works and stop trying to offer anything else, Because my time and money is limited and i am tired Of people recommending certain bs options". .

why is it that you think the Bathmate doesn't work? have you used it? for how long? I only just started using mine properly and consistently and am aiming at doing so for months to come to see if it gives any gains. I hope im not wasting my time

Most veterans say they would have been happy to have these products back then.

IMO All the products more or less amplify other exercises. They are also good when you have no time or motivation to do manuals.

But If you just go raw on manual exercises with good form and have the mental mindset to suceed you will maybe have even better results

Gains are possible with no equipment- it would just take a lot more time. Now talking about these (the ones you mention- pumps, no Bathmates, no chempe, foreign object clamping)- pumps, yes, they have not been so popular before. Even though they work (as you can see a lot of feedback around the forum), they can be harmful if done with no cautioun. Just like all PE.

ChemPE- I know no PE legends (actual legends) that have used ChemPE.

Clamping- constriction was a big thing even back then. They used Uli's, which is basically the same thing. Clamping might be new (maybe no SO new), but constriction is definitely not.

Can ChemPe be done while wearing a extender? I am just curious. I think if so, then tremendous gains should come. Has any ChemPe'rs tried this method?

I never said it DIDN'T work. I never said that any of them didn't work, I'm saying I'm going to give myself a strong foundation to build upon using only what they had and when I'm maxed out I will use the Bathmates, chempes etc.

I think us new people just jump the gun and dive right into the advanced stuff to fast.

You can do chems w/ an extender, just not any vasodilators.

I agree someone w/ diving into the advanced stuff, this is your only penis after all.
That being said, you have to factor risk/reward. I and many others view chemPE as the future, but chemPE also works better w/ the PE foundation.

I agree w/ the basics as being the foundation. In the end, we wouldn't be where we were today if the foundation never worked in the first place.

Advanced PE is kind of like the famous quote, "here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently" & ETC.
Without these crazy fuckers, PE will never advance. Not all are crazy though as long as science is on their side. Without it(science), you're just traveling in uncharted territories.

I see your point though, does it PE to advance when the basics worked/work so well? If so, how and where does one draw the line.
I personally see surgery and silicone as being the slippery slope. Some people go to great heights, or is it lows in that case.

Even though I have not reached a plateau myself, I'm sure you will know when you've reached a plateau. This definitely has to be after an extreme amount of jelq sets, stretching sets, and device usage. Just for example if you have worked your way up to 800 jelqs a day, for two months and you are not seeing any change at all, you have reached a plateau.

I'm trying to build up to the point where I can do thousands of jelqs, stretch and I wear my extender for 9 hours a day. I just have to figure out how to hide it underneath my clothes, keep comfort and figure out a quick release for when I have to piss or shit.

Start with the simplest methods first. MANY men make great gains using just their hands. If, in time, you feel that you might benefit from adding tools to your training repertoire then at least you'll have established a solid foundation that you can work up from.

From the legend himself

This is true for many of us. I'm just one of the many who never did manual PE. It's amazing when you realize that you can enlarge your penis with your barehands.
