My left ligament is sore every day. No sharp pains, just ache. I assume it's growing pains, and that perhaps the left lig is what's holding back length gains, so I'm keeping my daily routine, but I figured I'd ask some pros. Cool to power through the soreness?

If soreness i present on one side but no the other you are favoring one side too much. Remember that there are 3 ligaments and each needs to be lengthened equally to avoid unwanted curvature or leaning. Soreness is fine to work through as long as it is not Pain....know the difference.

i agree, make sure you hit both sides equally but keep stretching as long as its not sharp pain

I definitely hit both sides and it doesn't seem like I favor one, but I'll watch out for that. The left lig has always acted up more than the right, but I never really pushed through it to a result, which I think is why I've gained girth and not length

Maybe it's not completely healed. What's the most rest days you took to heal your left ligament?

I'm not even taking rest days, homie. I lightened up for a day or two with minimal stretching. Aside from that been going medium intensity daily with stretches, BM on the weekend. Last night I pumped two mini sets and it was too sore to do more. I'll try again tonight and if it's still obnoxious, I'll consider the concept of thinking about rest days.

Seriously though, the idea I've always got is that if it isn't painful, keep going.

You may want to get a rest day just so that your left lig does not stay in a state of being damaged.

Could be wise. I hate the idea of slowing down because I've waited so long to get here, but seeing as I just restarted a few weeks back, I'm pretty much a newbie again, I shouldn't expect myself to be performing like a pro when I'm actually only a few weeks deep

If you are feeling it one side more than the other, your lig may be tighter on that side, I would suggest doing a lot of rotary stretches. I had the same problem and the rotaries evened everything out.

If it is sore on the left side should I stretch to the right site or the left side more? I have the same problem and want to fix it asap!

Exactly. In PE it is so important in every exercise to use equal intensity to both sides in every exercise that can be done opposite ways. Like Bundled Stretches you would never want to bundle to the left all the time as you penis will eventually lean or curve to that side. Always use equal strength and attention to dual angle exercises.

Well that depends on why it's sore, if it's because your lig is tight (shorter), then you would want to pull away from that side to lengthen it. If it is because you have fatigued it more than the other (longer), then you would pull tward that side to hit the opposite lig. I'd still just say rotaries would take the guesswork out and take care of it.

I can't imagine having a sore ligament on one side. It would be crazy I'd want to tear my other ligament just so I can stretch it forward even further. Treat the penis with care and exercise it symmetrically in order to achieve a symmetrically sized penis

Can't exercise part of the dick and expect symmetrical appeal

I remember when I did the film "The Perfect Penis" I was all about symmetry and having a penis proportionate to the body without being distorted. The other guests had horribly disfigured dicks. I am so happy that I trained naturally and with an eye on symmetry.

It's scary. Last night I had deformed my glans a bit from bathmate. The glans was too stuck on the tube part that it made a purple flat spot. Not that huge of a deal because i think its better now but i hate to ruin the beauty of my dick

Been resting for a week and it's still sore, I must have actually injured myself without noticing. At least it's still hanging low, but I'm worried about taking too long a break. Not that there are a lot of options, if you gotta heal, you gotta heal

Keep up with the deep tissue massage and as much heat as possible, a heating pad is best.
