alright dld here is whats up... I have been studying health and nutrition since i was 13! I have been there and done that with nutrition and excercise....
What is happening i would presume is regardless of what ever diet you are taking, right now you are malnourished. When the body is malnourished, it goes into a more primitive self preserving state. Because your body is not getting the nourisHydromaxent it needs, your body thinks you are basicly hunting for food so to speak. What it starts to do is retain water and sodium in a kind of survival mode. This is why for instance perticularly women go crazy when it comes to diet. They say counting calories... WRONG... She says i want to lose 10 pounds and so they say "ok right now you are eating 1600 calories a day. Taper off to 1200 calories a day." Then how ever long later she is looking at the scale pulling her hair out because she GAINED WEIGHT! She is thinking "this guy doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. And so she gos back and the doctor says "you gained weight! You havn't been following the diet."
and now this woman is outraged... "Are you calling me a liar?"
"you are not a doctor, you don't know what u are talking about"
and so they try the next diet without success. One thing to observe is that a lot of people on the "Atkins diet" that "lose weight" tend to have saggy or wrinkly skin when they lose weight on this diet. The reason is because the skin is not "elastic" like most people have come to believe. The brain regulates the epadurmis. If the body is getting the nutrition it needs you will not have saggy skin, an aged look, stretch marks etc. This is also attributable to free radicals. Age is basicly the eventual signs of decomposition. Free radicals cause decomposition. So without going into much much more elaboration because there is a lot to be said on this subject... What is so so so important is supplementation. Do not torture yourself with "diets" and "programs". The only thing that is valuable from those experiences are discipline. What you need to do from the bottom to the top is: You need water. Good water. There is a supplement you can buy to add to any liquid called hydra cel that breaks the surface tension of water liquid it is put into. What people do not know is that our body actually has to break down the water we generally drink even if it is purified. This is because most water has a surface tension of 75 dynes and the water content of the body is measured at 45 dynes. That means the body has to break down the surface tension of what water it can before it is pissed out. The hydration of the body (also as a foot note) directly effects the bodies ability to go into an anabolic state. You can drink water all day and still feel thirsty. That is the common experience. ok so basicly this is a break through in the field of nutrition. This guy engineered an amino acid chain that has 99% apsorption by the body! Not only that, but because it is in amino acid form, it gos straight into the blood stream. Which means that this stuff is digested within 20 minutes! To give you an idea of what this means: any kind of whey protein is only 16% digestable! 84% gos to caloric value and toxifies the body!
