Hey guys, new member here, just joined today. First things first, I live with my parents and don't know the best way to go about the warm ups and cool/warm downs, as they would likely ask why I keep going in the shower, in addition, the newbie routine seems a bit extensive to fit my schedule. Any suggestions on the simplest methods for my first month? Discreet so to speak? I just used a shitty tape measure to find out my current stats, I will post those here, but I'm looking into getting measuring tape and a ruler so I can be precise. I'd say my main goal is to gain some girth. I wanna FILL my girl UPPPPP! Lol. However I don't want the added girth to make my dick look chode-ish. So I'd like to simultaneously add length as well, but don't want to lose girth. Stats are as follows.

NBPenis EnlargementL- 5.75-6.0
BPenis EnlargementL-6.75
EG- Alittle less than 4.75

For warm ups and warm downs, try an electric heating pad. Like the ones you can buy at any CVS or Wallgreens. Wrap it around your penis, turn it on and just relax watch some tv, play some video games, or do whatever until you get nice and warm.

As for the workout, I'm sure there is some veterans that would know much better than I do about the fastest methods and most discreet exercises

Yup, the Walmart cheapo heating pad is great. Get the big once so you can really cover the entire area.
 
Lol how cheap is cheapo? And by whole area do you mean balls and pubic area as well as the shaft and tip? Also, is the reason people complain about disfiguration or discoloration likely due to them not warming up properly?
 
Search "rice sock" as a warm up method.

I just use the __________ stretch for about 10 minutes to warm up and I've gained close to .7'' on BPFSL in under 2 months since starting this with the Newbie Routine fairly religiously, so take that for what it's worth.
