Hello all, I'm 19, almost 6 feet tall and around 260 pounds. I'm working on that last bit. I haven't gotten a good measurement yet, I'm entirely sure how, but I think it's around 4-5 inches erect. I know that losing weight helps increase length (or reveal true length, to be exact) which, I'll be honest, is part of my motivation for doing it. I should get a pretty nice length once I've shed this fat, though I dunno what it will be, but I want more, so here I am. So how do I start off this whole thing? Any suggestions or advice?
 
The Newbie Routine, always a winner for new guys. Hell, even "experienced guys" can use a refresher now and then.

Welcome to the forum; get in and dig around as often as you can. There's much more to MOS than "just" enlarging your penis. Hope you find answers to all of your questions.

And:

Like I always tell new guys,
1. Absorb as much information as you can, there's no substitute for honest-to-God knowledge.
2. Find out what works for YOU, experiment, try new routines, expand your personal envelope in a rational, intelligent fashion.
3. Go S-L-O-W...you can't train a broke dick.

The DLD newbie routine is what you need to do.

Also take a bone pressed erect length measurement (just dig the ruler right in) as it is only really your non bone pressed length which changes depending on the size of your fat pad.

I'm in pretty much the EXACT same situtation as you lol. I'm 19, 6'1, around 260 and 4 inches erect too. Welcome to the club

As Maxmeyes and Rakas said: the DLD Newbie Routine is the way to go. Stay dedicated, listen to your body (if you're too tired to train, rest. Don't over do it or you'll end up losing), and gain, my friend. MoS site is the best supportive site I've been on and the guys here are imformative and know their stuff! Happy gaining!
