If you asked me in the other threads I apologize for not responding. When I first got interested in low hanging balls I would ball jelq for 100-300 reps depending on how my hands felt after my girth session. I only ball jelqed for the first few months and then I started doing DLD's testicle health massage, and this helped greatly as well as loosening up the scrotum skin. My routine now that they are where I always wanted them to be, just to actually hang, and now they hang lower than my flaccid penis, is the Expressive Stretching method that DLD has been working on here recently. It's helping my length gains tremendously by pushing everything out and able to receive more stress, while my balls receive a good bit of stretch using this method, it also appears to be a more efficient manner of lowering the balls. Now I hang at almost 7 inches constantly, except when it's cold. So right now I do 10 ES stretches before my hanging session, and 10 in between my 3-4 set of hanging, and I occasionally finish with ES, but not always. Does this help at all?
