I've been doing the SSJ for 3 days now, and the expansion I got from them was so much greater than the 600 jelqs sessions I've been doing for a month.

I know this is an advanced exercise, and I try not to be overzealous, but the results I got are making me want to skip other forms of jelquing in favor of SSJ.

Would this be a smart decision? Doing them while being a newbie will kill future gains?

Thanks

I dont think any exercises dld makes kill any type of gains.
I just replied to this jelq thing; some call jelqs obsolete, what if a few well placed help stim growth?

i think it depends on the person. some people get great results from jelqing. i personally never felt much from jelqing and just found it boring.

if youve not gotten any results from the 600 jelqs, then maybe try the ssj's for a while, and see if it works better for you

Do whatever is giving you better expansion. Simple as that.

pretty much! i never got much expansion from jelqing, but great expansion from the bm and ssj combo

The basic jelquing is working, but the SSJ is more powerful.

Sticking to an exercise until you stop gaining is what people advise. So, I' was just thinking, if I started to go on only with SSJ, that would be limiting manual girth exercises. Because of the intensity of it, no other jelq would be a match (unless of course if I included the BM).

In most girth exercises there is a limit to what they can accomplish but I do not think the same rings true on the SlowSquashJelq. The SSJ allows for a great deal of pressure and intensity and since the main source of expansion is the compression of the blood between the two hands this pressure can be increased with no limits. Since the blood does not leave the penis, increasing even more blood would only add to the intensity of the exercise.

I think this theory/belief is true.
If jelqing is not giving you the same expansion as exercise A or B, then how is it going to increase expansion since the exercise just can't compete.

I see jelqing as just baby steps for conditioning to the higher end expansion exercises, EQ building, and as a form/addition to edging/prolonged erection(w/ expansion hopefully).

I think if you're not injuring yourself and the SSJ's are working, then stick w/ them.
When the time comes, add a pump into the mix and get some prolonged expansion going.

As the penis becomes bigger it demands more intensity, plain and simple. The goal is always to see expansion after a workout and if the exercise you are using no longer causes this it is time to rethink the exercise.
