Jelqing after pumping sure feels different... the Bathmate and warm-hot water is a great way to get the penis loose.

should I be jeqling after pumping though?

probably the over way around... right?

its crazy thick... close to 5.75! (after pumping that is)

i think that stretches and girth work should be done before hand and then the Bathmate should be used.
for the simple fact that i think it would optimize your work out as a warm down devise further expanding tissues and drawing in fresh blood.

I like the idea of pre-pumping and post pumping. Pre to get expansion started and post to keep expansion going. The longer the penis is in an expanded state the faster the temp gains will stick.

I dont get what you guys are telling him, maybe it's my lack of the english language or so. Is he supposed to pump before or after the Bathmate-workout?

I said he should go before and after.

DLD I just have a quick question the instructions says that you should not exceed 20 min per session. So should I pump for 20 min then jelq and then do another 20 min afterwards or should I cut my time in half in the pump to equal the recommended time?

I have been experimenting with cutting the time in half. Do 10 minutes, jelq, then do 10 minutes more. Then adjust it as you go along. They recommend no more than 20 minutes. For me, it depends on how much pressure I'm using on the Bathmate. One 20 minutes session I pumped that thing till I couldn't squeeze out even an air bubble - my dick expanded 1" in girth. It was freaky. But I haven't gone that much since then. I've gone with lower pressure for well over 30 minutes to an hour without any unusual problems. I find with the lower pressure and longer time I get less fluid build up and a good expansion. I usually go to about a medium pump pressure..sometimes I'll pump it up as high as I can for about 5 minutes then let the pressure off and pump back up to a level a little lower than max. Sometimes I'll do 5 minutes, then let the pressure off for a few minutes, then 5 minutes, etc...

The point is to experiment to find what works for you. IMO starting lighter and working up from there is better and safer. After my 1" expansion session I knew internaly that it wasn't a good thing for me to do....so I heeded my intuition and haven't done it since. The day may come when I do it again, but that won't be until I've conditioned myself to be at that level.

Have fun with it...

Thats it, lots of experimentation. I have found that the Bathmate really enhances my warm-p, warm-down and expansion during manual girth work. I use to warm up, in between sets of Slow Squash Jelqs and to warm down. Nothing has enhanced my girth work like the Bathmate.

It's been really stretching out my skin. When I'm erect my shaft skin is tight. The doc must have cut me too much when I got circumcised. The Bathmate has given me awesome expansion and it looks like I'm developing more skin. There are only two things I notice which I'm keeping an eye on. When I use the Bathmate it always pulls scrotum skin in and I"m concerned it will pull skin and grow it on the top side pulling the scrotum skin onto the shaft. The other thing I've noticed is quite a build up fluid happens right below my glans. It seems like there is some extra skin there and it blows up under the pressure of the Bathmate...when I get flaccid it looks really freaky..

Skin stretching, in Penis Enlargement, or any other application is the easiest tissue to expand. I would spend some time in the Foreskin Restoration forum, not so much to fully restore but some skin stretch will definitely benefit you and this issue.
