so how much did you gain and since when do you do this workout?
Im also warming up now in the Bathmate and jump into the sg after it. (since 1 week)
 
Just seams to be nice and conditioned for the stretch then ,been at it 3 months gained about 3/4 inch length and 0.4 inch girth, first goal 8x6 hopefully by summer 2012

Thats surprising to me as I always find it hard to get a good stretch after using a pump. I can only use the pump now in the mornings when in the shower, and then the SG at the end of the day, otherwise I just can't get a good stretch at all! I guess its horse for courses right?
 
Stretch first, girth second. Simple and best.
 
Sounds like a great idea and similar to the SRT theory. I think it would be really good to do a 6 min. Bathmate set then do a quick set of downward or btw stretches. Then another 6 min. Bathmate set to top it all off before going into the SG.

My routine is pretty simple, as soon as I wake up I put on the SG and wear it throughout the day until I'm ready to do my main stretching and Bathmate at night. My goal is to add that quick Bathmate and stretching set before or between the time I'm wearing the SG.

actually its great to switch to this sometimes - Bathmate and after that extender.
the Bathmate expands the dick and the sg moves this expansion into length. at least it feels so to me.
Garry gained good amount for little time he invests. wodner if he is still around.
Any further obervations or gains garry?
 
Switch it up once or twice a week. It is best to stretch flaccid before girth work BUT, it is also important to become proficient at stretching while expanded as this type of stretch is effecting erectile tissue more than if the penis was flaccid. Both train a different part of the 1, so it is best to include both.
