Sooo I was wondering? Would it be more effective? Less effective? Or the same to do several short (say 5 minute) sessions throughout the day? In this case I can actually do several shorter sessions easier than I can one long session at night.

Maybe do your bundled stretches then get 15 minutes in, two times a day. Along with wrapping or c ring depending on the type of work being done. From there may be you can add onto those two 15 minute session, stretching for 5 minutes when unwrapping every hour.
 
It depends where you are with your routine, but there should be a time when you are doing things maximally such as the hard 30 minute session. On your off days for maintenance the shorter sessions will be good to keep you from shrinking down and help you heal in the expanded state. For example when I'm coming off of a hard routine on my last day before rest I'll just do a medium session for a half an hour of just slow jelqs etc. In other words ask yourself how you are capitalizing on the expansion you have worked up to and how you are resting so you don't over do it.

I like the idea of multiple session because that is what I did when I started. I did the Newbie Routine twice a day. I would get as much in as as I could in-between the sessions. Lots of piss pulls, lots of short jelq sessions, lots of stealth PE. At the time there was no tools like there is today, if there were I would have done even better!

ok! Good points my thought process is that I unfotunaly work close to 15 hour days 😳 At work at 9:00am and routinely find myself getting home at midnight. Can you say workoholic hermit? So my thought process is get in a couple 5 minute sessions during the day instead of dragging in at midnight being exhausted and not wanting to or flat out just being smoked from the long day. I am seriously trying to start getting out by 10:00 pm and this would allow for standard 30 minute sessions.

I would get myself a Phallosan, SizeGenetics or PeniMasterPro if I were you. Working all those hours you could be stretching under cover. Many hours you have available to you if you go this way.

Exactly! With all that time working why not have it work for you! Strap on a Phallosan and get 12 hours of stretch while you work. Every bathroom break get some basic stretching in. Save girth for home, this should take no longer than 30 minutes. In this way you will be going the most out of the day. I highly recommend the BathMate for your girth work, you can then do the 5x5x3 routine in SRT.
