I'd like to get people's opinion regarding rest days (especially those who've made gains from hanging).

Do you guys take rest days? Or, how many times a week do you hang?
 
Rest when you're dead. When you need it off take it off. Simple. Rest just turns into more and more days for me, that's why I rest so little. I decrease or increase weight depending on how I feel that session.

As long as you continue to progress in weight semi regularly, that's fine.
 
Yup, I'm slowly increasing time before I increase weight. I'll be adding 2.5 lbs this Friday for my new weight limit. Added 10 min last week.
 
I've been using a Bib, and I love it. I just wish I can go beyond 20 minutes for a set...up to 25-27.5lbs, BTC, and it feels great.

I do notice that after a day off, the following day I am able to hang more weight.
 
I think it's important to rest for mental reasons. Refresh so next time you train you're more focused. Nothing worse than just going through the motions i feel, every session you've got to be feeling yourself!
 
^^^ Yea, I kinda agree. There were some days where after many consecutive days of hanging, my mind was drained. After taking a day off, I'd be ready to hang the next day (mentally, that is).
 
I get the same thing with clamping. I have to be fully focused, would much rather have 4 or 5 weekly workouts at 100% EQ than 7 at 90%. Yall feel me?
 
The wise stillwantsmore say that when your cock is only ninety percent ready is when you have to push him even more adamantly. I am finding this to be quite true:blush:.
 
REST DAYS FROM NEWBIE ROUTINE
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Absolutely. Today was one of those days!
 
I think it depends on the individual. I know I can take a few days off after a good week or so of intense training and resume without any hiccups. PE is the top priority in my life at the moment so it's impossible that I will forget or not have time.

When i clamp, i HAVE to get a huge swell on. I HAVE to feel my dick feel almost foreign in my palm, due to the temp gains. I'f im coming in softer and not swelling as much, I don't get that rush and I lose interest
 
Taking too much rest will result in a lack of gains. It is important to not go more than 2 days without training.
 
Well I just trained girth last night. I did my usual clamaping routine. EQ had gone down so I took a break to avoid a brake. So worth it, biggest expansion to date last night, EQ through the roof. My actual glans start to get mini stretch marks such is the huge swell. 2 days on / 1 day off works well for me I think. Then when EQ starts to drop, I take a few days off. It's working for me bros!

Deffo! Thinking of some nice custom wrap ideas to increase the intensity, I have some nice ideas flowing!
