Hi i wake up every day and do 10 15 mins of jelqs everyday to kinda maintain my size but i dont like doing manual stretches and was wondering if it would be as effective instread of doing 10 or 20 mins or manual streches after jelqing can i just strap on the extender for on 30 mins a day and still get any kind of descent results because i know what an extender can do for you but its too time consuming for me after already completing the 6 months plus. Or should i just hang weights for a short amount of time to get those ligs working again im coming back getting back into the gym after inguial hernia surgery i have spent 4 hours done 30 min pump sessions and 30 min jelq after the surgery including gym stuff with weights and all that even deadlifts and squaits but have recently broken my hand and and kind of auto strch would probablly be great im just not tying to go all out stay light n shit just maintain the 9"s i already have and would love a better explaiontion of the slow squah jelq from what i hve made of it you jelq then squeeze behind the head and just bend it downward find of over your hand and hold it there for about a minute? am i corrrect? i do about one of those daily but not sure if im doing it right if i am ill add more... need more girth im stuch at 5.5" around mind shaft and 6 girth base but very base so who cares i need to be 6.5 around mid shaft then i could get any chick any advice on that as well??? thanks Z

I would not replace manual stretches with an extender but I would replace them with a LengthMaster. I think every man should do basic stretching as it hits every possible angle of gain. The Extender will speed the gains big time but I would not go with one or the other but both.
