Okey! So after a session yesterday i got 2 really noticeable circular reddish/brownish colored dots on my skin. They seems to be on the skin since if i move my skin around or pull on it, it follows the skin. It actually looks like a mole, but they do not stand out of the skin, you can't feel them. Just looks like discolaration on the skin.

Anyone knows what it could be and what type of exercises that can cause it? I'm afraid they will stick forever, they just look ugly and odd haha :)

So i don't know what i should proceed doing in my routine and what i should skip do. I don't know what makes them appear.

Thank you.

Sounds like discolouration too me. Any exercises you do make sure to not lose circulation for too long. Also making sure to not rush into intensity to let the skin toughen up. I'm not really sure if discolouration is fully avoidable. But I fine fire goat rolls help a little along with 0.5% hydrocortisone cream.

It's probably just a temp discoloration, when I go way too hard during girth workouts I always get them on my head, but they go away in like 12 hrs. I would suggest just warming down

It is not discoloration, it is bruising. I suggest you take time off until it yellows, maybe 2-3 days. You can continue with flaccid length work but not girth or erect work. The reason for this is that if your are bruising and work through it you may end up driving the blood further down, through the dermal layers, to cause a permeant bruise.

Nice you filled in with the misunderstanding. Flaccid Stretching is okey, good to know. I figured out girth work should be excluded. But what i would like to know is.. Can i edge or do keegels while i have this? Thanks.

Bruising or busted capillaries, not serious but if continued stress, it will be. You can do very light jelqing and massage along with heat to help. It will get the circulation going and bring in healthy blood flow continuously. You can stretch but any pain in that area, stop, massage and heat. The edging is up to you, pain is what decides the outcome.

I would not edge just yet, avoid all erect work until bruise yellows. Kegels are fine as is any flaccid exercise.

What would happen if you don't rest if you have brusing? Will the "mark" be permanent? How big chance is it that it will get permanent and sit there forever?
If i think of it i maybe have one on the underside of my penis that has been there for a very long time and i haven't thought about it since it's hard to spot, and it's not big either to bother me. That one maybe is permanent?

It could leave a bruise that's a shade different than the rest of your penis. Everybody is different so it's hard to say for sure. Just good to take care of it.

why take a risk and waist more days if that bruise gets worse ??

better to take 2 days off then 2 weeks....(personal experience)

Okey! So this is something you can not fix somehow when you have reached your goal? I remember we talked about fixing the penis after the goal has been reached ;)

Lol. So best is just to wait until it disappears? They are very new and i got them directly after/meanwhile the session. Tomorrow it will be 3days since they came along. Haven't done any exercises. They are still there but not as distinct as in the end of the session
2 days ago. I actually got 3 of these dots, but the other one dissapeared really fast, didn't even notice it disappear. But the other 2 on the top of my shaft is still there. If they are new is there still a chance that they got permanent? Anyone got any prediction with the help of the information i recently gave? I'm worried enough by skin problems, i don't wanna get another problem, and i defenitly don't wanna hang in the towel. Especially when i'm on the brink of buying my first product. I mean, a Bathmate wouldn't be productive where i am right now x_x

I have three as well, and I accept them until I decide to take away my general discoloration. The odd thing is that sometimes I feel like one stays dark while the others seem to lighten a tiny bit after my session. Maybe that dark one is specially concentrated, but it doesn't matter I got all three from clamping Im sure

So what would be your progression to get rid of them when you are going to do it? ;)

I don't want mine to get worse, i want them to go away/heal so i can keep up my PE work again, but probably with a little bit less intensity. I don't like that they grew on a so disposed area.

If you work through a bruise you are running the risk of causing deeper blood coagulation which will eventually become a permeant bruise. I did work through a bruise once and I now have a dime sized bruise that has been there for 10 years.

Sounds bad :/ Good you are here to warn me then, really appreciate it!

So when the bruise yellows as you say it, i'm good to go again? Shouldn't i wait until it's 100% gone?

Use something like retinol or other type shit to fade most of the discoloration away at least. I'm still far off of my goal so maybe MOS has the proprietary cream by then

Once a bruise yellow it is no longer in an active bleeding state so you will be just fine. If you wait it could be as long as a month until yellowing goes away.
