hello all.

i'm 18 years old, and it was very recent when i started gradually forcing and exercising my foreskin by pulling back in order for me to be able to expose the whole glans area of my penis. for about two or three weeks, i've been spending about ten to fifteen minutes in the shower just pulling back and holding. the results aren't too bad considering its hell of a lot easier now to pull back and it goes further...but only when it is not erect. i've been cleaning the white-ish substance, smegma, daily from under my foreskin but i know that there's still a bit more around and under the shaft...which i have PLENTY of trouble getting to without a whole lot of pain.

i've been searching online everywhere for information on the 'sensitivity' of the glans under the foreskin and looking for ways to be able to clean that smegma around the shaft...but it just hurts too damned much when i pull back that far. it is also extremely uncomfortable when i accidentally pull it back too far and the foreskin gets caught behind the shaft causing my sensitive area to be over exposed.

i was wondering if i could have any insight on the amount of time it will take for the area that's been covered by the foreskin to perhaps..."lose" some of the sensitivity so it won't hurt so much when i just barely touch it. i've found a few posts from this site and other random health sites where the guys can easily pull back and seem to have no problem with the pain and sensitivity of the glans.

if there are any sites or other web forums of some sort with people in my situation, i'd appreciate them because it has just been very recent when i discovered the importance of taking care of the foreskin. i'd also like to know if it is possible to use a condom at the point of progress that i'm in especially with my oversensitive penis.

Mine used to be super sensitive to the touch but it gradually dwindled down through first washing with soap and making sure he's extra clean. And then Penis Enlargement, because the glans get expanded in that state I was far more sensitive, so I get used to normal being easier to handle the sensitivity.

Also before stretching with my hot wrap I scrub the glans a bit with my cloth to make sure I get a good grip and as time went on noticed I could do it with less and less discomfort. So I guess the key is to just ease yourself in, rub him a bit more with cloths when you can and when you clean 'im build up the intensity through washing more and more thoroughly. Good luck!

I remember about a year ago, I had a lot of smegma for about a week to two for some reason. It would hurt a bit if I didn't pull the foreskin back often. Just don't touch it too much and wash it with soap and water gently whenever you shower. Be gentle and give it time to heal and you will be fine.
 
I too have trouble pulling mine too far back cos of it being tight, I'm wanting to have my foreskin slightly cut just to loosen it. I don't wanna be circumcised because the head loses sensitivity, and let's face it, when your penis under the foreskin is really sensitive blowjobs feel amazing! but still, the foreskin can be a pain in the ar'se when you can't pull it back very hard, when me & my first g/f lost our virginity together, i think it hurt me just as much as it hurt her cos of her being so tight and i didn't wear a condom the foreskin was really getting pulled back getting inside her, and ouch! so yeah i'm gonna have mine loosened up or i'm predicting it'll cause me a lot of pain once the P.E exercises start working
 
I trained away my thight forsekin when i was 13 years old, i used to go against the pain i felt when pulling it back. I just continued to do that everyday, and also i tryed to sleep with my foreskin pulled back when flaccid. And today i have no problem at all, i think it only took me 2 months back then.
 
same here when i was 11 or 12 but with a lot of everyday pulling it back a bit more under the shower and A LOT OF WANKING i got rid of that problem quite fast as far as i can remember. No probs now i can pul back and forth as much as i want. I can even pull it over my dick and two fingers when they are pressed agains the glans ;)

But i must say to you're problem that over here if people go to the doctor with that problem It's normal that it get's operated ( the cut the forskin ) especialy with young patients. I got a few friends who are cut because they had that problem. I always have to smile when i hear them and i'm happy that i was to shy to tell anybody and maneged that Problem myself. hehe
Well on the other side witch Doctor would tell a mom that her 12 year old son has to at least wank and do forskin streching routins at least once a day for about 2 months and that she should please keep an eye on him that he doesn't forget to do it.

The medical term for this condition is phimosis. I had it when I was younger. Believe me I had never heard of smegma before but I sure as heck learned about it the hard way lol. The cure is to gently pull the skin back everyday and it will eventually stretch especially the more you masturbate/have sex. There was a discussion on another forum where someone used some kind of cream but I can't for the life of me remeber what it's called. Do a search for phimosis in google and you'll literally get TONS of info about it. Here's an example but only becuase it made me laugh.

Hi Guys. This is my first post, so here goes...

I was once a suffer of phimosis too - it wasn't until about this time last year that I have "cured" myself... it took a total of about 4 months of stretching to get that far.

Anyways, my advice to being is to try stretching (and cleaning) in a hot bath. I found that not only was it it's easier to stretch, but also that the water makes the whole exercise easier on the head of your penis cause it's probably really over sensitive.

Also, using a condom at the early stages can be somewhat painful without a healthy dose of lubricant. But once lubricated, all's good.

Anyways, hope all goes well. There's no need to cut anything, just have some patience, it'll be all good in no time.
 
My glans used to be painfully sensitive too, but i started doing foreskin retraction and now my glans is about the same sensitivity as a circed one.

You dont have to keep it permanently retracted to stay less sensitive. you can just do it until you think your glans is comfortable enough and then go back to being normally uncut.
