Just getting started with Bathmate xtreme, and I am wondering how to approach this, my nutsack skin goes quite far up the shaft, when pumping this is where I can either pull the foreskin back tho then the forehead starts to "twist" back when pumping, or I can enter with the foreskin in a relaxed state (not so much pulled back) but at this point quite a bit of skin from the nutsack will get pulled into the pump, neither of the two options are comfortable at all, and I cant achieve anywhere close to full pump at all since it becomes increasingly painful the harder I pump.

I have only had 7 sessions so far and I know that the body needs to get used to the vacuum, is this normal and should I just slowly work towards full pump over time? Some have said it can take up to 30 days to build up to full pump.

It's normal. You will get used to the feeling, and it will never be comfortable with the Bathmate pumps, especially if you remove the comfort insert which you should do, in order to get maximum expansion.

It can take some time to get maximum expansion, and vaccum/pressure when you are new to pumping.
Look at this post, and you will understand:
🔗 Helping with Bathmate (w/ pics, before/after).

You should do this stretching exercise, to reduce your "turkey neck":

🔗 Ball & Lig Stretch (Video 02).

You can also tie your scrotum with something to keep them from being sucked into the pump/cylinder.

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for the feedback and advice, I will definitely be practicing the ball & lig stretching.

The comfort insert I only used the very first session, and since I have been running without it and gradually increasing the pressure, and two last sessions I have been able to increase the pressure to the point where the bellows are now fully compressed on the pump. Tho I presume there is even more pressure to be attained from the pump.

Removing the pad will make things so much more gainful. Good work!

Do you have the Hydromax version, without external hand pump?

Hydroxtreme with hand pump.

I did initially purchase the Hydromax version, but I found Hydroxtreme for less than 130$ in a local webshop so I decided to get that as well, and all I can say is that Hydroxtreme is in a different league, Hydromax seem like a toy compared to Hydroxtreme.

You want the HydroXtreme version for sure. You can convert your Hydromax pump with a mod if you want to. It's called; Vacu Vin mod. Then you would be able to add more pressure to the Hydromax pump. The same level of pressure/vacuum as in the HydroXtreme version.

Here is a thread about that:

Yes, I can confirm that too. Started off with a Hydromax 7 which I soon filled up in length and then bought the Hydroextreme 9, and what a difference.

Took some time getting used to even higher pressure, but after a while even that starts to feel comfortable. So just give it some time and you’ll be pumping at full pressure. It kinda hurt to start off with so understand what you’re saying about the pain.

The gator 🐊 is a bastard. 😂
(rubber creases at the base, without the comfort insert).

Thanks for all replies, I am just getting started on my PE journey, and keep finding more and more useful information.

First off what got me started is the fact that I have been dealing with quite severe Delayed Ejaculation for almost 20 years now. For many years I had no idea this was a thing or that I were suffering from it, I wore this like a badge of honor and took a lot of pride in the fact I could last for several hours, but then as we got older and lives got more hectic with kids and more busy work schedules, sex became a chore and I withdrew to jerking off in secrecy, and sex life was barely functioning we maybe had sex once every 2-6 months for past 10 years, so a couple of months ago I took contact with my doctor and that got the ball rolling trying to actually figure out what the heck is going on.

Unfortunately doctor had very little help to offer and just prescribed 100mg Viagra, even when I told doctor getting a hard-on was not my main problem but keeping it erect to finish the act, tho Viagra does help a bit, but not really I will still go limp when I have used every ounce of energy I have left to give.

Doctor only took a few limited tests such as cholesterol, C, D and B vitamin levels, which I have figured is the standard procedure in our country, unless I go to a private clinic and pay for extensive testing myself, at a hefty premium.

This lead me down the rabbit hole, and finally ending up here.

After doing a ton of research and spending fuck ton of time on podcasts reading forums, its quite obvious I have been heavily addicted to which have distorted my view on sex, not to mention a bad case of death grip, since I can barely feel anything while having sex, luckily this is starting to change!!!

I have abstained from jerking off and watching for almost a month and a half, but its really the last week and a half of pumping I am starting to enjoy having sex again since it does greatly increase sensitivity.

That said I cant wait to see some gains as I am a grower which have made me extremely self conscious about my junk every since I was a kid, hopefully I can also become more of a shower over time as well 🤞

Nor did it help when my wife (gf at the time) made the mistake of saying "I cant believe how something that small can become that big" I as the self conscious prick I am about my junk I then blatantly disregarded the second part of the sentence and it have kept haunting me ever since nearly two decades ago, I know empirically I am above average but still want to make some gains, same way she wants to get a boob job I want a longer and more girthy penis, luckily for me its not a $10k operation 😁

I like this thread, but I have one caveat. I believe staying hard in the pump is more important than getting more pressure or trying to tolerate too much pain. I lose my erection if the gator is hurting too much. When it's hurting me, I prefer to go up a size to my other wider bathmate and use the comfort insert. It's wider so there's still room for expansion. I know everyone is different, but many of us can't handle maximum pressure either, even after like 10 years of having a bathmate. I have much better results with a bit less pressure, and the comfort insert when needed. Slow and steady wins the race sometimes. And stay hard.

Everything you talk about may be true. You need consistency to gain optimally. You should not have any pain. But in the beginning there will be some discomfort. If you experience pain you have to much vaccum in the pump/cylinder. By the way, I can't handle maximum vaccum either, in the HydroXtreme pumps. In the Hydromax it's possible...to max out the vaccum. Then you can implement the, Vacu Vin mod.

But: I have never been able to use the comfort insert (not even when I started), to much expansion in girth and my penis would get stuck at the end of the pipe of the comfort insert (my penis was short), so this stopped all the expansion for me (both in length and girth).

When I was using the Bathmate (Hydromax 5 and then, HydroXtreme 7 Wide Boy - Same diameter as HydroXtreme 9);
My penis would after some time expand hard into the rubber creases. If I used the comfort insert, I would not get any substantial expansion at all, not even at length.

I wouldn't have made any gains. Most girth gains I made by maxing out the Hydromax 5 without the comfort insert.

This is the reason I promote removing the "comfort insert". If you can't handle it, my belief is that your best solution is to get the MityVac pump. At least for me I want fast gains, and maximum expansion of my tissue.

My belief is also that, if you use the comfort insert, you will mostly work on length. You would reduce the expansion so much in girth, that you would not get the maximum expansion of your tissue. Even if you do not max out the cylinders diameter when you are starting out, when you remove the comfort insert" you will allow your penis to expand more in girth.

Bathmate are promoting their pumps in a way that emphasise to increase your penis length. So I assume that when you remove the comfort insert, you use the pump for something that it's not designed to do.

Bathmate have only designed the pump to increase your length? I don't know but as more user experiences reviews I get from brothers...the more I believe that the Bathmate pump is only for increasing your length. When you read the reviews on their website you also get that feeling.

Maybe this is the reason it do not work optimally when you remove the comfort insert (discomfort != pain).

I don't know why this is, I think you change the dynamics of how the vaccum is distrubuted inside the cylinder/pump. Maybe I'm incorrect? But I based this on my personal experiences of maxing out the hydromax 5 in girth. If I would have used the comfort insert I would have made no gains.

When your penis slams into the pipe on the comfort insert, your penis would start to expand in length. So that would be lengthwork in the pump.

Just my thought on the Bathmate pump.
