was wondering what people thoughts were the top 3 exercises that give the fastest and consistent gains for length and girth?

let it begin....
 
first things first its not just the excersise,but the intensity you put into it

i havent tried em all so ill leave that to the big dogs
 
For me hanging has been best length exercise

And I hope the Bathmate girth blasters when i get a Bathmate will b the best girth exercise for me!
 
Not to be a dick, but how much have you read around? I see too many guys come to MOS ask to be handed everything and then not gain. Take some time, read around, then draw your own conclusions. Plenty of men are actively sharing routines in the penis enlargement routines forum that are working for them, for example.

Agree with SWM. Many guys ask for "whats the best exercises to gain length and girth". The answer usually is "what works best for you". Read up on different exercises, try them a couple of times and decide what you thin are the best ones. To answer your question though, I'm blewn away with the supra slammers, I think they're awesome. Hanging and Bathmate also seems to be working for alot of people.

I would just start with DLD's newbie routine phase 1 and then follow the dvd phase's from there,
As dld made them for newbie's to get on the fast track to enlargement.

Yea man thats all I was doing. Seemed like nobody was seeing that it was legal since most responses were not actual advice, just "its not worth jail duuuude" type of replies
 
I have just started this, but I think the best routine, in anything, Penis Enlargement/BB/ETC, is that which is sustainable, or to say, that which you can work into your daily life, and make it a part of your daily activities. Find those things, and you will be more consistent with it, and do a better job. For me, there is no sense in spending time or money or effort on anything I am only going to half ass do, especially when it is something that requires time and effort over an extended period.

My favorite length exercise is tying my penis to the back of my friends pickup truck as he drives away.
 
Someone once asked Arnold what the best exercise was and he said "all of them". I think the same applies to Penis Enlargement. Find the ones you like best and give you the best gains and stick to them.
 
Penis Enlargement should be started with a simple, consistent routine. The Newbie Routine is best as it will teach you the basics of penis enlargement in a progressive way that is safe. If you want to step up the newbie routine you can always invest in a Bathmate, this makes the girth portion much more fun which is important in penis enlargement. After 3-4 months of practicing this routine and making gains you can start to introduce more powerful exercise. The MOS DVD is very good with this progression, it breaks all of Penis Enlargement down into 5 phases, each progressively more intense.
 
This question relates to penis pills in terms of the "quick fix".

I feel for a lot of the exercises mentioned one needs to condition themselves for the intensity you are about to endure. Not to mention the time and dedication to see a gain and them cement it.

Hanging is an excellent length exercise however can be DANGEROUS if you have no idea what your doing.

Ex: Johnny decides to take up Penis Enlargement. He then proceeds to strap a 10lb weight to Little Johnny.

This is a bad idea. You have to condition yourself.

I realize I am completely off the subject of the thread however I believe it is important for the newbies reading this that they cannot try every exercise mentioned right off the bat expecting to get the "best results imaginable".

if you had to pick one or the other? what do you think gets better results extender or hanging?
wish i had time for both but right now my girth routine is 1.5 hours and my length routine is 1.5 hours...

If I had to choose I would say hanging. I got good results with an extender when I first started out, but when my penis got used to the intensity my gains stopped. I think you will have to put in a lot of hours with an extender to get results because you can only get a few pounds resistance. With hanging you have unlimited resistance but you need to be careful and work up slowly. I think some manual exercises are the best because you can get more resistance in a brief period of time which means more intensity; the key to gains.
 
+1, I would also choose hanging, and thats even without trying. I'm using an extender and I find it very time consuming and quite a bit of hassle. The noose never stays put, you cut blood circulation, you have to take it off and on for a bunch of times during the day. I don't know if the gains are great enough to compensate for the trouble. But hey, I paid for it, I'd might as well use it :p
