I have been using the sizegenetics for about 3 weeks now. I noticed at first there was a great deal of pain from the stretching, just this week that pain has gone away. When first using it, does it hurt, then your body gets use to it?

Second question, I noticed many people saying that they want to cement gains after gaining from SG. I thought using the SG was cementing the gains, is this not the case? If no, how can I cement the gains that are resulting in using SG?

On the pain thing, I'd hope that you're just getting better at knowing how much tension to apply when you strap in. The alternative is that you have been strapping in too tightly and you've got decreased sensory perception due to crushed nerves. I'd doubt that to be the case though, as you would have noticed numbness and decreased sensitivity outside of the extender! So yeah, I think you're probably just getting used to it.

On the cementing front, I think of ligaments as a tired old piece of toughened rubber. Continual stretching will make it longer and longer, but as you stop there will be some tug-back. You won't instantly evaporate all your gains, but some decrease will be noticed. Most guys using any form of Penis Enlargement report this when they stop. So, they recommended course of action is to get to a place you're happy with and then still do a few Penis Enlargement sessions a couple of times a week, then once a week, then once a fortnight etc. until you're confident that everything's permanent.

Awesome response for a Newbie! I guess you have been doing Penis Enlargement for a while! Thanks for helping out!

Thanks for the feedback...One more question, I notice at times I am not able to stretch as far as the day before, I am attributing this to stress, but I want to make sure I am not over doing anythingin that the decreased stretch is not due to me over working it. I try to do around 6-8 hours a day, everyday. Is this too much, so I take a break one day out of the week?

A couple of points -

Did you do the conditioning period or just jump into maximum pressure at maximum length for maximum time? If you did build up slowly, then I don't think there's anything to worry about. Some days are just stretchier than others. If you didn't build up slowly and just slammed it out hardcore style, then you may be a little fatigued. What's your erection quality like? If that's off as well, then you are probably over-doing it. I'd recommend increasing your stretch length and pressure of the 6-8 hours a day that your doing and see whether a) your stretch length stabilises and b) your EQ returns to normal.

Another important factor that I overlooked in the beginning, (as well as ignoring the conditioning period), was not warming up properly. It is amazing the difference that a good warm up process makes. If you're not doing this, you should.

Hope that helps.

Great pointers! Thanks so much! I went into it hardcore, but my EQ has been a lot better then it was before using the device. It seems healthier, if that makes sense. Maybe I need to warm up as you suggested, I hope this helps out. Thanks for all of your help!

No probs mate. I think that so much of this stuff is about learning how your body reacts to different things. Keep a journal, record your progress, what you do, how it all feels and go back and make adjustments over time. You'll learn what works and what doesn't.

And have fun!

I like warm to hot face cloths/washers or a heating pad followed by some light stretches along the lines of DLD's beginner routines, just less reps and time. I'm no expert, but that seems to work best for me.
