Dapoxetine seems like it could be a miracle drug for premature ejaculation.

Yes it really is. I don't know what happened but when I was younger I could go as long as I wanted to. Full control and impressive staying power. Then all the sudden I couldn't go over a minute. Dapoxetine has saved me. Before using it it wasn't worth the time to take my pants off. I didn't even want to have sex anymore cause it was horrible. Much better now

Also have been reading about dapox. Hopefully they don't crack down on it since a few peptide vendors have it in mg/mL forms.

Tramadol seems to be a big hit as well for people that don't respond well to dapox. That has a half-life of 6-7 hours.

I also think it's more effective than dapox from some studies I read. Someone might be able to dig deeper into that.

It's also more obtainable in the USA.
Since dapox is not regulated/approved in the USA as of yet it seems. So buy it now before it actually becomes illegal to purchase (if it's not already?).

Dapox is said to give peak levels @ around the 1hr mark for both 30mg/60mg versions. So just throwing that out there for timing purposes.


There are some OTC serotonin supps that also might help some people (theanine-5HTP-bacopa-ETC).

It takes longer to kick in from my experience. I prefer to take it at least 2 if not 3 hours ahead of time. I've taken it an hour before and it didn't work

It was originally developed to he an alternative to others like lexapro or Zoloft but since it lasted so short in the system it would need to be dosed multiple times a day for this purpose and that was too inconvenient for people and they would miss doses all the time. I know what the recommended time is but I've also taken it over 100 times so this is my experience. 1 hour is definitely not enough for me. I like 2 hours best and I also like 90mg dose

Great thread lots of awesome info, DLD will you update is on what your doctor says. Anyone know a good dapox vendor?
