Im depressed. I cant find a way to cure this anywhere. MAN.... If I would have known jacking off to quickly as a kid would do this me I would have never done it. damn im desprite.. anyone know of a way to cure this?

Pre-Mature Ejaculation is something many men suffer with. I have found many different ideas in helping with this that I have included below. I do want to say that this problem will fade from simply doing my program. When most men, myself included, got familiar with manual penis enlargement exercise the problem just seems to fade. The reason this problem does go away is the constant stimulation of the exercises. This constant stimulus trains the penis to last longer and longer. In the mean time here are some great techniques. Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.
Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.
Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.
Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.
The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.
BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.
UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.
DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.
Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

Edge for an hour a day using ample amounts of lube and don't ejaculate at the end. You will desensitize yourself and increase your time. Do this for a week and 15 mins in the sack should be no problem and once you do this you can relax and the world is wide open to how long you can last.
Sex on average lasts 5 minutes, so don't feel too depressed. I remember when I had premature ejaculation so bad, I would finish after the first few strokes. Not sure what happened, but one day it just started and lasted until I got put on an SSRI. Now I miss the premature ejaculation because it takes hours to finish, and sometimes I don't bust a nut at all. That's the worst.
Sex for me lasts anywhere from 3 minutes to 45. Just depends on when my last orgasm was. Sometimes I have a habit of not orgasming for a couple weeks and causes a pre mature ejaculation when I do finally have sex. Right now I'm trying for 4 orgasms a week to try and help out the issue.

Dapoxetine works amazingly for pre mature ejacualte. I was cumming in a minute flat before I started taking it. I took 120mg once and I couldn't cum to save my life. Had sex for an hour, whacked off for 10 minutes and just gave up. I found that 60-90mg is the perfect dose for me. I have this feeling of full control that I can cum whenever I want to on that dose. I usually go 20-30min the focus on cumming and it works great. But if I wanted I could last much longer on it.
lexapro for like 2 or 3 years. it's pretty good. it leaves you balanced, not all emotionless like a lot of stronger ones do. plus the fact that it's help me become 1000 times better in bed because of all the extra time I have to spend fucking to finish makes it a winner in my book haha.

Good to know and I am happy you have found a good balance. I will be talking to my doctor on Monday about the best thing for me, I will mention Lexapro but I think they are going to want me to take a mood stabilizer too, I was considering Wellbutrin but in the end it will be up to the doctor.

I used to get klonopins but they drug test, so I quit in favor of the ganja lol. They were the best drug ever. I used to feel so happy and relaxed all day, every day. Only problem was, the combo of that plus lexapro killed my EQ. I was below 7" it was so bad. They had you on way too much shit man. It's best to just have a low dose anti depressant and a benzo for backup when you need it. If you get lexapro and they start you on 20 mg, break them in half.

When I took my trip to North Carolina I detoxed off of the 3 mg dose down to 1 mg. I am just now starting to feel better but for a while I felt like slitting my throat. I am going to stay where I am medication wise until the fall starts, I usually have a great change in mental state when the cooler weather sets in. I hope it is the same this year because the depression I have battled this year felt like WW3.

Wow 4 hour half-life makes it something that can be stopped immediately, this attracts me. I hate taking meds that have a crazy long half life, it is like locking yourself in a cell for a month. I still have not started an antidepressant but I want to hold off until the cooler weather, I really think this is where I will find relief and a clearer mind.

Yes that's the beauty of it, the short time in the system. Way shorter than other ssri that take forever to build up and stay in your system a long time. It was originally developed to he an alternative to others like lexapro or Zoloft but since it lasted so short in the system it would need to be dosed multiple times a day for this purpose and that was too inconvenient for people and they would miss doses all the time.
