Rotary stretches is what I am mostly doing now, until I am feeling good enough for full time PE again. They are indeed a very powerful excercise.

Someone mentioned yesterday about doing the Rotary Stretches between the cheeks and it is really powerful, you should give it a try.

i love these ,especially that weird feeling of the tangling makes me know shits getting worked out everything opping in an out of place
 
I've noticed a lot of the people who come in and make quick gains utilize rotary cranks. Just how good are these? I've always hated them for the way they make my entire pelvic area feel, so I never used them. Also, I've never made drastic gains despite how hard or long I stretch. I'm wondering if there might be something to rotary cranks.

All PE exercises work as long as you do them consistently.
