Hey guys.

I about about to start Penis Enlargement again and I am going to be using the PA as the focus
of my new program.

What I would like to do is get several of the PA owners here to join me in a PA study. Any takers? I was thinking of starting Monday so I know that that is a little short notice to put together a focus group but what the hell.

Of course, I was planning on using the routine I put together in my sig.

My plan is to ONLY use this workout along with an ADS and maybe something even more stealthier than I am working on right now. More details later...

That sounds cool. I'm in.

I've been off the stretching for a while, focusing on girth. So I'm pretty sure that my results would be fair.

I'm interested in using my PA along with my stretches (grip method) that can be found in my sig. I've also been at a platuea for at least two months and that would be pretty cool to break.

I'd do the stretching along side some constrictor work I've been doing recently.

Monday sounds good.
 
Cool...we can use the extenders as well. I think most guys have one as well.

I know I have lost quite a bit when I started me FR experiment so this is a great time for this.

I was thinking maybe a 5/2 work week. Measure before you start, then maybe one a month or what ever sounds reasonable for X amount of months. I think the workouts should at least be 45 min-hour to be effective. Using an ads or extender type product to help keep it in the stretched state. I am going to reveal my idea in another thread about my new stealth ads so that we can have everyone's brain picking at it.

I'll also get a thread going to lest the names of those joining.

I don't have the ability ATM to do ADS. Maybe your new idea will change that though. I'll look out for it. 5-2 sounds good.
 
i would like to take part in this study. i'm a opportunity pe student but have seen okay gains. i have a power assist but no ADS.I mainly do jelqing and manual stretching.
 
Well guys, I hope you all have been getting your PA work in.
I have some bad news though. I have just hurt BOTH my hands-wrist during
a fall and won't be doing any PA, Penis Enlargement or anything for about a month or so!

I am so depressed/upset over this. Seems like lately it's one thing after another for me!
I normally type pretty fast and now here I am chicken pecking everything I want to do on the computer! PLUS---This is what I do for work as well, stay on the phone and my computer.

Anyway, I hope you guys keep going. I am going to still be here of course and I hope to be back to being able to do stuff in a month or so...

Hi Kooky, that's a shame about your hands. Don't get too down about it, you'll be back at it in no time.

I'm still going with my PA workout and it seems to be going well. I'm not going to measure for another few weeks yet just because if I don't see gains it will disappoint me and make me lose enthusiasm. I feel gains a comin' though.

I've been able to incorporate my TomdW stretches really well with the PA and this has been a great opportunity to fine tune the technique. :)
 
I can't find my PA right now lol.

I'm a bit of a slob.

I have shamed myself in the PA study group. You might want to get more people. GUYS?! Join up or something if you have one and let it be known in here that you want to take part. I probably have gotten in an hour total since this whole time.
 
Thanks Tom. I thought I had been doing real good getting back into a regular Penis Enlargement routine and now this. I guess some things happen for a reason.
